Beige and Bleu Design StudioThis basement needed a serious transition, with light pouring in from all angles, it didn't make any sense to do anything but finish it off. Plus, we had a family of teenage girls that needed a place to hangout, and that is exactly what they got. We had a blast transforming this basement into a sleepover destination, sewing work space, and lounge area for our teen clients.

Plain & PoshThis kitchen was in desperate need of a makeover. (see the original space at the end) There was a truly odd peninsula that blocked the cook from access to the refrigerator behind it. The span was only 33" which made working in the area almost impossible. The peninsula was also the weekly dining area, but did not function well. This makeovers is truly one of my favoirites as it shows what good design can do for a space!

6 - We carefully unload and stage materials in your backyard.
7- Here, our certified C Thru Installers are anchoring perimeter channels that holds the walls in place.
8 - These channels are specially designed with an anti-moisture system to prevent perimeter leaks Guaranteeing a moisture free environment.
9- Our installers are putting up the walls - carefully leveling and plumbing each section to the house, we can achieve a custom fit to any house wall with modifications as needed.
10- all though our roof systems are water tight as is, we offer composition roofing to match your existing roof and add to the over all aesthetics of the structure. Flooring, Heating and cooling, fans, lights, and many other custom interior and exterior aesthetic options are available.

Landmark HomesThis 1-story home with open floorplan includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Stylish hardwood flooring flows from the Foyer through the main living areas. The Kitchen with slate appliances and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. Off of the Kitchen is the Dining Area where sliding glass doors provide access to the screened-in porch and backyard. The Family Room, warmed by a gas fireplace with stone surround and shiplap, includes a cathedral ceiling adorned with wood beams. The Owner’s Suite is a quiet retreat to the rear of the home and features an elegant tray ceiling, spacious closet, and a private bathroom with double bowl vanity and tile shower. To the front of the home is an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, and a private study with a coffered ceiling and barn door access.

Décor AidThe client, new to the West Village neighborhood, was looking for a fresh take on a New York City bachelor pad. He wanted something neutral and masculine, but with some careful injections of color to keep it interesting, and of course…with a specific budget in mind.
We anchored the space with a clean gray sectional, found a perfect barrel-backed chair with a hint of pattern, and layered the space with a plush rug and modern artwork to finish the look. And as the client was an avid reader, we made a point to have plenty of surfaces to display his book collection.
The living room and bedroom are connected by a beautiful pair of french doors, so it was important to carry the aesthetic throughout. We continued in the bedroom with shades of grays and blues, and added some oversized artwork to create a focal point. Overall, the result was an airy, modern space and a perfect reflection of the client’s vision.
