He came in 2 weeks, was absolutely on time every day. The job was done to perfection with a wonderful cheerful attitude. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! “This was the most accomplished professional I have ever dealt with in the building industry. Not only did he do a great job but was quite dependable and reliable. He was always available for calls and open to incorporating new ideas into the project. He remodeled my kitchen and baths and made a fantastic outdoor kitchen / pizza oven. He even had some money saving suggestions ...amazing!! “We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“Our Florida home has been under Vinnie's management for over 9 months. The service and app updates are excellent as the company offers many services with customer centric focus. The place was extremely clean, especially the bathrooms, kitchen and all the appliances. In terms of outside of the home, the landscaping was beautiful and all the trees, bushes and greenery was in great condition. There weren't even spiderwebs on the lanai! The monthly maintenance package is a great value. I wish there were more locations for our home in Colorado.”

“We had a very positive experience with Gold Coast! We live in North Naples, FL. Gianni estimated the same day I met him and completed our kitchen cabinet and quartz counter install in our guest house within about a week. He even assisted in getting 2 bath vanity cabinets that never arrived from a online vendor order of mine. The company was efficient. Fairly priced. Looks great! We appreciate the timely update - I will be recommending this company to my real estate and design clients!”

“Totally remodeled master bath. The contact person we worked with had many great suggestions, was meticuous about making sure what we chose would fit and work. Co. called each night to let us who would arrive and when the next day. It was perfectly orchestrated and the finished product is above our expectations. No money up front, just payments as work progressed. We are delighted - second time we used this company.”
