low quality work. never arrive. are late. not enough guys to do job. his side workers are no license, i look them up on florida state. past guy there scammed people for millions i found out. we found local naples business instead to fix all the issue caused by them. not good values of business or people

We were thoroughly pleased with Rob's performance and his dedication to the job at hand as he completed both renovations to our home. Rob and the Shoreline Building Company team we absolutely the best; On time, on budget, respectful our our house and property, helpful. Just the best we’ve used SBC more for 3 or 4 job, including hurricane damage from Irma.

I have used Shoreline Building Company on two different projects. They are the absolute best! The first time was just a bedroom and bath. The second time I was hit by hurricane Irma . The first floor of my condo was destroyed. They completely remodeled it beautifully. The owner has some wonderful ideas that he incorporated into my job. I couldn't be more pleased with him and all his workers!

Rob is an immense asset to any project. He is smart, skilled and not afraid to dig into whatever needs to be done to move a project forward. Bringing years of experience to the table but easy to work with, he is able to execute to a high level of detail for his clients because his standards are top notch. I would recommend him without hesitation for any size project.

Our project involved moving a wall 3 feet, and installing a new larger kitchen. And replacing the existing window with a bay window. As to complexity, it involved virtually every construction skill. Most challenging - exactly matching our 10 year old wood flooring, and matching our front porch and exterior siding. Rob was amazing to deal with - always available, extremely creative, and incredibly careful protectecting everything. And his subs are the best in Naples, all having long relationships with Rob. Our job finished on time, and it exceeded our expectations. It would be a joy to work with him again.

Hired Shoreline Holdings for complete kitchen & bathroom remodels. Having seen photos of their other projects, we knew we'd be getting quality workmanship along with a unique style-and that's exactly what we received-the completed work is gorgeous. In addition to outstanding craftsmanship, Shoreline stayed true to their estimates concerning completion date & cost. The entire team was incredibly thorough, professional & personable. The only thing they didn't provide was a professional chef to go with this amazing new kitchen. We've got some other projects we want done to the house, and Shoreline will be the first and only call we make. We're that confident in them and you will be too!
