Working with Victor and David and the team at Dacobi has been a great experience. We live mostly in the UK so finding a contractor we could trust was extra important for us. We have completely remodelled our home, replacing the kitchen, all bathrooms and making an extra bedroom with an addition to the house, plus moving several internal walls and doors. Working remotely with Victor between visits has been a pleasure, he provided regular updates via video calls and video clips, and had the vision to be very proactive in suggesting ways around the inevitable issues you encounter in a remodel. Importantly they completed the project on schedule and on budget, we would absolutely recommend and work again with the Dacobi team! Steve

I met with a number of different companies regarding an extensive renovation and restoration of my 100 year old dream bungalow, but from my very first meeting with Victor Popa I knew that my project would be in great hands with his company, Dacobi Builders. His eye for detail coupled with his appreciation and knowledge of working on a historic home along with incredible customer attention and highly skilled craftsmanship was a home run! I felt that his team along with a bevy of extremely skilled subcontractors cared for my home as if it were their own. They would tackle unforeseen problems in my old home with creative fixes, all the while mindful of the budget. Victor’s personal integrity, communication, and constant attention to my project was invaluable. I have done a number of new builds and renovations over the years and hands down Dacobi is the best I have ever worked with. They have absolutely exceeded all my expectations. On time and on budget they have transformed my house into a most fabulous home! I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

This is my second project with Dacobi Builders. The first project exceeded my expectations. This project was a bathroom remodel. He included me in every decision, right down to a minor detail. Especially the layout and pattern of the new tile. He offered me lots of options and made very helpful suggestions during the project. There is a complete clean up at the end of each work day. My project was completed on time and within budget. Victor is a true professional and so easy to work with. You can see he really cares about every aspect of the job and the final outcome. In my opinion, he is the Best of the Best.

Victor remodeled my parents' kitchen several years ago, and they were so happy with him, we decided to work with him on a major remodel of our basement. What an awesome experience! Victor and all of his subcontractors were real pros - timely, easy to work with, and all craftsmen at heart. Not only did we end up with an incredible result, but the process itself was far easier than we expected. We've all heard the horror stories that come from working with a difficult or dishonest contractor, and we were so happy to have the complete opposite experience with Victor. He was responsive and honest, and we were able to completely trust that he was doing all the right things to make sure our project finished on time, with high quality, and without unnecessary expense. We look forward to working with Victor and UNIQ Interiors on many more projects in the future!

We recently worked with Victor for our full house remodeling work + 1000 sqft addition. It's a very big project. We're very nervous before we started. We never had any experience on such thing before. We asked around for recommendations from our friends, very few recommendation, only scary stories. We prepared about two years, interviewed 20+ contractors, visited some previous clients based on references. We finally decided to work with Victor. He did not disappointed us. To be short, he just did all things he promised to us. Everything went very smoothly. *On time*, 7 months for such big project, he is really good at scheduling. He did not waste any time in the 7 months even during year end holiday season. We're busy working parents. We don't have time to visit the construction site every day. But every time we stopped by, we always saw solid progress. Sometimes, when we stopped by during weekend, Victor himself still worked there. We moved back on time to our house just before COVID craziness. *On budget*, well, there are around 5% more but 5% is very reasonable buffer for such big project and all come from our changes. For example, we decided to change furnaces, water heater in the middle of the project. For any changes we wanted, Victor always communicated with us clearly and gave us change form to ask for permission. The final result is just beyond our expectation. It's like a brand new house, our dream house. There is no any clue some additions once happened here. The new parts seamless integrated with the existing part from top to bottom. Frankly, I never thought remodel and construction work could be an easy thing. However, Victor really gave us a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

The project entailed electrical, lighting, laundry room build out, powder room update, kitchen counters, back splash, and appliances, bedroom reconfiguration, custom barn door installation, total interior painting and baseboard replacement. We were very pleased with every aspect of the service from the initial proposal through final inspection. Victor's professionalism and great communication were evident throughout the project. His advice on selection of materials and design decisions really helped take the stress out of the remodel. Victor and his team of subcontractors are master craftsmen who paid attention to every detail yet still managed to keep the project on track. The final results greatly exceeded our expectations.

Victor and His team remodeled complete first floor of our house and did an excellent job. They were prompt and met all our expectations.

My husband and I purchased a home in Bellevue in April of 2018. Although neither one of us had any kind of experience with doing an entire home remodel we decided to go for it and Victor was the first of several contractors to come bid on the project. From our earliest communication Victor demonstrated integrity, the first thing he asked was what our timeline was so he could be sure the project fit within his schedule so as not to overpromise. Victor arrived for the estimate prepared, took measurements, and notes. Within a few days he had delivered a draft proposal for the project. After a few revisions to the first draft proposal we agreed to a budget and timeline. He also provided us with a list of preferred suppliers to source tile and trim. Work began in May of 2018 and completed in September of 2018, within the agreed timeline. The budget was largely on target, the only reason why it was a bit over was because we were willing to pay a little more to have certain things the way we wanted which is another positive for Victor and his team, what was delivered is what was asked for. Embarking on a project of this scope is a huge task to it was really great to work with someone who I could communicate clearly and efficiently with. The quality of the delivered result was beyond our expectation. The team of subcontractors that Victor works with are craftsmen, and very diligent and meticulous workers, the job site was always orderly and clean. Overall, I was impressed at how hard they all worked and kept the project on-track while delivering a high quality result. My husband and I took a risk embarking on this remodel project, I’ve heard many a frightful story but Victor and his team actually made the experience enjoyable. It was actually very fun to see the project progress, and watch as our house became our home. I would absolutely hire Victor again for another project.

We recently had our biggest project done, the kitchen! Victor is an awesome craftsman, he is very knowledgeable, very detail oriented, very courteous, very patient, and flexible to work with( we added to the project here and there). He also has the top notch team members to make the magic happen! My husband wasn't too hot on remodeling at first, but Victor totally gained my hubby's trust. Our 8th anniversary is coming in June, Victor gave us the best anniversary gift!!!!!!!! Plus, we feel we made a new friend!!!!!!!!!!! We are planning to have more projects done, Uniq Interiors would be our top/ the only choice from now on!!!! ..........have you called Victor yet?! ^_^

We hired Victor and his team to remodel two bathrooms for the house. He visited our house shortly after I contacted and provided a detailed estimate on the project with item by item price break down. The price was very reasonable and it does not include material. We were happy to be told that we can do research on ourselves and decide what to purchase. Before the project started, they covered the hardwood floor and removed the doors with care. The demo was finished in two days, including the removal of drywalls, cabinet, toilet, and a cast-iron bathtub. During the project, Victor emailed us with every step he took and responded our questions quickly. We asked a few new improvements that were out of the initial project scope such as install a new refrigerator, several can lights, washlet, etc. Victor did a good job to satisfy our requirement timely. The project was completed in two months. Five stars! I will definitely recommend Victor to anybody who is looking for contractors.

We couldn't have been more impressed with UNIQ Interiors for our three bathrooms and the laundry room remodel. Their quote is very competitive and the work was performed to a high standard. Victor is knowledgeable, reliable, resourceful and respectful all the way through on the project. I am happy with how everything turned out. I would have no hesitation in recommending UNIQ Interiors to others.

Victor and his team has done an excellent job on our kitchen - top notch technical skills, communication, and customer service. We were informed every step of the way and always received prompt response whenever we had any questions. Our project was finished on time and within budget. Victor was very flexible even we added additional scope mid-way. We loved our finished kitchen so much. It has truly been a pleasure working with UNIQ and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.
