What I love about working with this company is that they plan ahead, think through the details of your project and review them with the designer before starting the project, but also while the project is in construction. They are great at communicating and keeping the designer, client and contractor all on the same page, even when things need to be addressed that are not always obvious due to construction conditions. “Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”

“INPLACE is fabulous! Allison Dorvieller and her team are incredible. They approach their business in a very thoughtful manner taking all of the clients needs into consideration. Allison has an incredible eye, great taste and an architectural approach that is a very rare find. I absolutely love my kitchen and the interior space planning and materials selection process was flawless. I found INPLACE to be extremely professional and meticulous with details. I would recommend them without reservation and can't imagine doing a project without them at the helm.”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”
