Allison has an incredible eye, great taste and an architectural approach that is a very rare find. I absolutely love my kitchen and the interior space planning and materials selection process was flawless. I found INPLACE to be extremely professional and meticulous with details. I would recommend them without reservation and can't imagine doing a project without them at the helm.”

“Working with Karin on our kitchen remodel design and installation was a breath of fresh air! We did an "Owner Builder" remodel on a 1914 craftsman that had an unfortunate remodel done in the 80's which required major updates to the kitchen/layout including moving and removing walls; lots of moving parts. Of all the trades/vendors working on the home during the remodel she brought to the table the most creative and functional suggestions and ideas along with the greatest attention to detail on the work being done. She visited the job site multiple times even before it came time to do the kitchen install; while others were working and brought to my attention things others were not correctly. She exhibited a hands-on approach that gave me confidence all would be done according to the plan and delivered on time and on budget! (pics before 100% complete)”

“This home was my first large-scale project and I needed lots of guidance, but I hadn't been feeling any kind of connection with designers until I met Jaci. I knew within a short time that she had a vision of my dream home, without my even having to jump through hoops to get it across to her. I've never met someone so in sync with my thoughts, wishes and desires for a home that my son and I could live in. Not only did she come to the project with years of experience, inspirations, visions and professionalism (that would have been plenty for me!), but she infused our working relationship with fun, sparkling wit and personality that I just adore.... Not only do I appreciate what went into my home, thanks to Jaci, but anyone who spends time here is also impressed by what she's accomplished...aesthetically pleasing, inviting, the kind of home that lovingly wraps itself around me and my friends and family. "Love where you live, and live where you love" are words that I'd ascribe to Jaci's ability to meld her designs with a client's wishes. “We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”
