My job is not yet finished, but I am very confident the same level of perfection will be the case. I had the good fortune of being referred to the Kitchen Barn in Ramona for my kitchen remodel. I had just bought my home and the kitchen needed some serious refreshing. Mark Gottas did an amazing job of redesigning my kitchen based on my wants and desires. He also went the extra mile to help me stay close to my budget. The results are outstanding. I am so happy with my new amaretto Hickory with ebony glaze cabinets. They are stunning next to my beautiful blue and tan tile backsplash and Quasar quartz countertops. The breakfast island is what gets the most ooohs and aaahs. Not only is it beautiful it faces out my kitchen window where I have a beautiful view of the Ramona hills. Thank you Mark, Matt, Tracy, David and Bill. Kitchen Barn is a family business and I felt like I was welcomed right into the family. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this professional team of remodelers.

Matt and Kitchen barn remodeled my kitchen from the ground up. Matt was very personable and professional, he had great ideas that made my kitchen much more efficient. It has been a few years now and his work is holding up great. I have had that same problems that everyone else has when trying to find good honest contractors that do good work. Matt is the exception. He is a local and has been in the same area for many years and enjoys a good reputation for a reason. I highly recommend Kitchen Barn and Matt for any job you need him to do.

I worked with Matt at Kitchen Barn to design the cabinetry for our new kitchen. I had a lot of my own ideas and Matt was great about finding a way to get them all incorporated into the design. Everything went off without a hitch. Cabinets were delivered and installed on time and the workmanship was amazing. Matt is meticulous with his installations meeting my OCD requirements :). We love our kitchen, and while we paid more than we would have if we had gone with a "discount" company, there's not one thing that I would change. Great people; thoughtful and honest. We'd do it again!!!

We had a leak in our San Marcos rental property in 2014 that resulted in an unexpected kitchen remodel. After unsuccessful attempts to get responsive bids from other vendors, we stopped in at Kitchen Barn on a Saturday morning and spoke with Mark, who scheduled a visit to the property the following Monday. Shortly thereafter, we were on our way to a successful kitchen remodel. The work included beautiful new cabinets, new countertops, and new flooring. Mark, Matt, and Tracy were all great to work with, and we would definitely recommend Kitchen Barn to others needing new cabinets or other kitchen upgrades. They were also wonderful in dealing with the elderly gentleman living in the rental, and did a great job of keeping the disruption to a minimum for him, which was an important consideration for us. We highly recommend Kitchen Barn!

Kitchen Barn did a wonderful job on our spare room bathroom cabinets, just need to get them back for our mater bath now! They also refaced our cabinets on our kitchen island that turned out great, gave our kitchen a nice update. Matt and his team are top notch, was very happy with them.

We had mold in are kitchen and had to have it gutted so we used Kitchen Barn to do the work of remodeling and updating our complete kitchen. They were excellent, very professional and the quality of work/materials was superb. At there store location they have a show room with models of kitchen which helped us choose, plenty of pictures of the work they have done and even references that allows us to visit their homes. Once ordered they put together a timeline which was very helpful and they stayed within it. I highly recommend Kitchen Barn.

Matt, from Kitchen Barn was recommended to us by my parents who just had their kitchen and bathroom counter redone. Matt came out to our home and gave us a free estimate on redoing our kitchen counter and cabinets. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and listened carefully to our ideas. He was also very sensitive to our desire to stay in budget and came up with different options to make that goal possible. The work he and his crew did was fantastic. We love our kitchen and won't hesitate to use Kitchen Barn again for future home improvements.

Matt and Mark from Kitchen Barn were real professionals in designing, advising, listening, showing up on time . . . and being pleasant at every turn. During the approximate one month it took to complete the project I had great peace of mind, knowing that my kitchen remodel was in good hands and I did not have to worry about overseeing the small stuff. They really cared about the project and the end results, and I appreciated them very much. Their plumber/electrician, dry waller, and granite fabricator were all masters at their trades. I am now enjoying my handsome new kitchen that seemed to give Matt and Mark as much pleasure as it gave me when it was all completed. As is obvious above, I don't have one negative comment to make on my experience with Kitchen Barn, and am very pleased I chose them to do the work. If I were doing it all over again, my one and only call would be to Kitchen Barn!

I met Matt Taft at a home show just after purchasing a home in a great area that had an amazing kitchen.....in the 1970s. Yeah, it was bad. Matt helped us to design a space that really worked for us and helped us figure out how and where to spend and save money. We went with a few "wow" items and took a more moderate approach for everything else. The result was a kitchen we really love. I'd use him again without hesitation.

The Kitchen Barn staff was awesome to work with on my kitchen remodel done in April of 2015! From Design to Installation, I found them to be very professional. Their designer Mark works with you to find out your needs and tailors it to what you want, while Matt and his crew get the job done. They were great in calling with scheduling and showing up promptly when they said they would. If there were any delays, I was contacted immediately and given what new time they could be there. Dave worked on site and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily. The staff was friendly and fun to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was great! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any kitchen or bathroom job you need.Candy Mittag
