There was some intricate details that we required, as well as some very tight clearances due to an island being installed around a column where the client did not desire a back-splash and they NAILED IT! “Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! “I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members. Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible. There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! We laughed together along the way and then fell in love with the high quality work when it was completed. Truly amazing every step of the way. I am looking forward to another project…and there is only one team I’m calling, and that’s Loyal Construction and Services.”
