Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“I had the extreme pleasure of working with Loyal Construction and Services for 2 major projects. Expectations were laid out up front and the crew consistently over-delivered! Truly amazing experience. Across 2 homes, all projects were completed in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and detail. The absolute best combination across all team members. Honesty is key and every step of the way, the team with Loyal explained everything and were open to all my questions throughout the process. I never felt I was being pressured to make one decision over another. The options were given to me in detail allowing our family to make the best decision for the house, with guidance on what was feasible. There are numerous horror stories out there, but but working with Loyal Construction and Services would fit best into the genre Rom-Com! “Where do i start?! Antonio is one of a kind when it comes to being an interior designer & leading any remodeling project that your heart desires. We used Antonio for multiple projects on our house (complete facelift of 4000SF home & main bath teardown/remodel). Before committing to him, we initially had a couple of meetings that helped set the stage in terms of what we wanted (and/or thought we wanted). Antonio was quick to understand the look/feel that we were going for & started to do some of the legwork in terms of colors, finishes, tiles, backsplash, etc...to help us visualize what the home could look like when finished (included plenty of his own renderings & created vision boards). He was always communicating with us and really went above & beyond in terms of making our decision-making easier. He was integral in helping us achieve our final look & truly understood our taste (but still provided feedback if a selection was an eyesore and/or did not integrate well with the final product). He was always open to input/feedback & made appropriate adjustments through the duration of both projects. We had to pivot a few times due to unforeseen issues but he was always on top of mitigating risks & ensuring we'd be happy with the final product. At no time did he pressure us to make hasty decisions even if it meant delaying closing out a phase of the project. His tireless research & materials savviness enabled us to make the best decisions in terms of materials & ultimately cost which can quickly add up on any large-scale project. His attention to detail is also what really stuck out for us as he ensured all contractors were able to meet our expectations. Overall, we were super happy with Antonio's work, dedication, vision, & judgment in ensuring that we'd walk away happy with the final product. I cannot thank him enough & look forward to seeing his work get the recognition & gratitude that it deserves!”

“I worked with Rosa to help me design and order cabinets for my kitchen. Not only was she knowledgeable about the cabinet products, but she was so creative coming up with a design to fit the space of my room. She took into consideration the space, my style and what the cabinets will be used for. She was truly amazing to work with! She is very professional and there was never an email or call that she didn't get back to me with an answer in a timely manner. I knew throughout the whole construction and design process that she was there to help me come up with creative solutions that actually worked for the use of my kitchen! “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”
