I am a local realtor and have worked with my fair share of contractors. I absolutely recommend TilesMax. We gut renovated two bathrooms (at the same time) and they worked efficiently to complete the project in just about 6 weeks. Iwonka manages the project and is extremely communicative keeping you informed through the whole process. Mark and his team do quality work, provide good ideas, and do not waste time. All of the different guys (different trades) were respectful, kind, and we enjoyed having them around. We are already discussing other projects for them to complete.

TilesMax did a couple of jobs for us including redoing the powder room/mudroom, where we changed out the hardwood floors for tile and tiled up the wall, and a full scale renovation of our master bathroom. They did a fantastic job on both. They helped guide us through the process, helping us choose the most appropriate products, and were very responsive on all the things we were trying to accomplish. We also appreciated their responsiveness in getting back to us on emails and phone calls, and they were good about keeping us in the loop on when their workers would be at the house. They were also very good about taking care of our punch list items.

The entire TilesMax team is a super special one. Everyone, from Iwonka (the PM) to Mark (the owner and contractor) to Thomas, George, Martin, Luis, Ahmed and Manuel - this team is full of shining stars. Budget wise: TilesMax came in at the middle of the estimates we got (from nearly a dozen contractors...), and their estimate was exhaustive and very, very fair. After reviewing the work they've done, talking with past clients and talking extensively with Mark and Iwonka, my reservations and apprehension melted -- they are the best. Throughout the process, I spoke daily with Iwonka, the crew showed up daily, and our project moved steadily along - DAILY. There were, of course, hiccups you have with any house, but they were handled with the utmost care and communication by every single team member. I was beyond impressed with their dedication to customer service and collaboration. Down to the smallest detail, Iwonka and Mark listened and resolved everything we had on our list. I had a clear vision and was very specific, but when they offered a well-placed suggestion or two, I was able to weigh and discuss with them. I went with some of theirs, and I didn't on others and it felt like each time we discussed options, we were all on the same team, working towards the same goal. They're honest, fair, and a very talented team of people who we genuinely miss seeing every day now! We just had a 1970's era, dark brown, non-functioning 40-year-old kitchen completely renovated and it turned out flawless. They take great pride in their work and were always very focused during each day on the job. Their crew has a very advanced set of skills and they are timely, professional and friendly. Every day, this rather complicated job kept progressing and went quite smoothly to the completion. We will be using them again soon for several other projects. My kitchen remodel was the 3rd time that I hired Tilesmax. Paul did an excellent job maximizing my space based on the original layout. The 36 yr old cabinets were replaced with custom features including pull out drawers in the pantry, swapping large drawers for the bottom cabinets and improving the functionality of the desk. My cabinets are larger and with the adjustable shelves provides me with more storage options. Mark, Iwanka and the others are very easy to work with and very accommodating to my questions and unforeseen scheduling difficulties. As the previous bathroom renovations, there are never any surprises to the quote and the timely schedule of payments.I would definitely hire them again. I just need to think of a new project!

I used Tilesmax to remodel my master bathroom. They did an excellent job and the work was performed in a timely and professional manner. The workers keeped the job side very clean and organized. I will recommend Tilesmax to everyone and I will definitely use them in the future.

I hate writing bad reviews and but I really don't have a choice with this one. I hired mark and his crew in 2018 to help me remodel four bathrooms in my new home. Bathrooms that I didn't know at the time would never be finished. It's now almost 2022 and I'm still waiting for TilesMax to come out and fix the issues they created and finish my bathrooms. I've been waiting so long I've had to fix some of the grout and plumbing issues myself. Now just to be clear I understand that issues may arise during construction that is normal. What's not normal is the tactics used after the issues happened and not accepting responsibility for some of the damages as well as just not fixing them at all. I kept on being told that the damages done to my bathrooms that they would fix, would be fixed towards the end of the job. So gave them a down deposit to start other bathrooms. When we finally reached my master bathroom the install price increased by approx 6,000 for no reason what so ever considering I changed nothing about the work being done. I had enough and told Mark that we would needed to fix the existing issues and completely finish my three guest bathrooms before starting my master. They disappeared shortly after that never really to be heard from again. I have tried reaching out multiple times since then. I typically get ignored or am told they are too busy to come back out. Here is some of the bigger issues that happened on site. 1. Scratched glass accent tile, schluter trim, Chrome Accents. (This happened because installer was using a paint scraper instead of grout float) 2.Basement Grout that lost all it's pigment after install. We installed some black grout in my basement shower. As soon as I turned the water on it turned white. Tilemax told me it was due to heavy metals in the water and that it wouldn't be covered (I hired Sir Grout to come out and fix it and paid them another $2,000 to do an epoxy grout overlay as a recolor so they wouldn't have to regrout. Now this could have happened because of defective grout that being said I hired TileMax to do the install if the grout was defective it should have been on them to repair it under installation warranty.) 3.Leaking Shower door. Mark and his team was by far the most expensive contractor I had come out. I figured if I paid top dollar. I would have top service and top quality unfortunately that was not the case. If they ever come back out to fix/finish my bathrooms, and paint my interior I will update this review. However, Paul the cabinet designer is phenomenal! He is responsive, His cabinets are perfect! Best Cabinet work I've ever seen. No Problems along the way. If you can afford to get your kitchen, bathroom or closet done by Paul, do it! The only compliant I have with my cabinets is my Master Bathroom Toe Kick never got installed due to the master bathroom never being started and my cabinet hardware never got installed due to my bathrooms still needing work.

I had an excellent experience with TilesMax for renovation of my master bathroom. They did such a great job, I contracted with them to do a smaller bathroom and hope to work with them again in the future. The process was seamless for me. They communicated throughout the project and were readily available to answer questions. They accept feedback and promptly work to correct any issues or adjustments you may have (which isn’t often). I love that they were able to provide some creative feedback and help with design as well as completing the work. I would highly recommend their services and plan to work with them in the near future on other projects.

Our favorite team to work with! We have hired Tilesmax on four different ocassions: 1. Guest bathroom full gut 2. Entire Main floor full gut (kitchen, baths, laundry, sitting rooms, dining room, living rooms). 3. Outdoor deck full gut, and 4. Entire upstairs full gut (5 bedrooms, master bath, two stair cases, hardwoods, closets). The team is phenomenal, but the work is even better - organized, polite, quality, and fast! Iwonka leads the organization and communication, while Mark leads the team. Definitely recommend!

TilesMax has done a number of remodeling jobs for us over the years. We have always been extremely pleased with the professional work they have done. Because of this when we bought a lake house at Lake Hartwell in Lavonia, GA, we knew we wanted them to do the update on the 3o year old home we bought. I can't begin to explain what a fantastic job they did to transform the dated house to create a modern update and yet keep a cozy homey feeling. They did the work in a timely manner and that totally amazed our neighbors. They created a awesome kitchen and two modern bathrooms as well as a useful laundry and pantry. They removed all the bubble ceilings, raised a sunken living room, removed carpeting and totally laid porcelain tile throughout the entire main floor stall a great ceiling fan, as well as paint all the walls and ceilings. TilesMax remodeled our upstairs bathroom in July/August of 2020. They were very good at communicating daily, providing updates and developing a plan of action prior to each phase of our project. Iwonka was on site daily following up with the workers and procuring any necessary purchases for the job site (trim, crown, specialty tiles, grout and curb sill). Adam was very good at making certain that all of our fixtures were placed exactly to our specifications. Things were never not "great" when asked. They were respectful and took special care to protect our home through daily site prep and maintenance. Henry was always in motion. We must owe him a new pair of shoes for all of the trips he made up and down our stairs through demolition and clean up. They were very precise in their initial estimates and did not go over the expected budget. Iwonka was excellent at keeping and providing receipts for any necessary purchases. They were consistent, timely and professional.

Mark is very quick to respond. We had a smaller project of replacing our improperly placed tile from a DIY project. His crew came through, working efficiently and tirelessly. I have plans for additional projects and will be calling him again in the future.

Beautiful job on our master bathroom, it was a total renovation, they had to correct problems with an uneven floor and mold in the previous shower walls, and it still turned out perfectly. They helped us design our dream shower and custom cabinets that fit perfectly. We can't wait to have them renovate another bathroom on our main floor.

We picked out all the materials ourselves except for the shower door, which Mark had custom made to fit our shower. They demo was quick and the tile work was very professionally done. From day 1 we were completely comfortable with them. We already had our kitchen planned out and just needed to give it to them and finalize the details and do the work. The kitchen turned out 100% as we had imagined it. The project took about 6 weeks to complete. It would have been sooner but we had to stop construction for a week to deal with a family emergency. Now this is where they really shined. They stopped work and said just let them know when we were ready to start up again. I called them a week later and they were there the next day full on knocking it out. We couldn't have appreciated them more. Paul custom built the cabinets and he is an artist. They turned out beautiful and with a lot of bells and whistles just like we wanted. I want to personally thank Mark, Paul, Ivanka, Adam, Jeanette and everyone else whose names I can't remember right now for everything you did. If you're looking for contractor your search is over. TileaMax has done and completed two excellent jobs for us. The original one was a remodel of a sunroom and living room with the destruction and removal of a two sided fireplaces and the building of a single fireplace as well as all new laminate floors. The project went off without a hitch. The employees that worked on it were extremely qualified and hardworking. The latest project involved our having two different water leaks causing them to remove two layers of flooring all the way down to the slab. We discussed materials needed to prevent water problems again and decided on porcelain flooring that looks like wood. .This was a suggestion by the owner and we are extremely pleased with the results. The dust problem was kept top a minimum, our personal furniture and possessions treated with care, and everything was done to keep us living in our home while work was being done. The work ethic of all members of this company is unbelievable compared to many other businesses we have encountered. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with TilesMax. The first project was based on 5 bids, and we decided they had the greatest amount of knowledge as well as a fair price. We hired Mark and his wonderful crew to re-do our master bath. This was our second job with them, and it went even better than the first one. Mark is willing to accommodate any mix-and-match of products and services in his quote - just tell him what you want and he will make it happen. In our case, we purchased some materials and opted to paint the walls ourselves, while he sourced our tile, cabinetry, quartz countertop/sinks, and glass shower enclosure. He provided all the labor (except wall painting) from tear-out and debris removal through final cleaning at the end. Every person involved was personable, clean, and concerned with our satisfaction. Mark did an excellent job on a full remodel of our small bathroom! Cost was $11,100 and took 2 weeks to complete. The project was finished on time, on budget, and with all improvements listed in our contract---all done beautifully. This includes an expanded shower with new tile, a new tile floor, new cabinets, new light fixtures, cabinets, exhaust fan, and paint. And best of all, Mark does everything with an easy, relaxed attitude and always keeps the customer's wishes as his top priority. I had a outdated bathroom in my house which had a shower stall but no bathtub. There was also a very long vanity with one small sink. I had asked Mark if a bathtub would fit if the vanity was removed. He came up with a beautiful solution. He was able to fit in a tub and a vanity as well as tile, and paint giving my bathroom a whole new updated look. We discovered that water was getting behind the tiles in one of our bathrooms, which had the original 25 year old builder-installed tiles and fixtures. So - we were looking at an unplanned bathroom remodel. After contacting several contractors, we decided to go with TilesMax. Mark helped us with the design, and his crew did a great job for us. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and kept us informed about progress and what to expect as the job moved forward. The work was performed for the price quoted, and they stuck with the job until it was completed (NO disappearing and leaving us stranded with a half-completed job). We have also hired him to do some additional repairs to some water damaged wood trim around several windows.

Mark came in 15K under my other quote and did a great job. He has very good taste and was able to make some great suggestions. I had a difficult request for my flooring (a herringbone pattern) and was almost ready to table it. I mentioned it in passing and Mark didn't let me give up on it. We hired mark to renovate our outdated 1990's bath. He was amazing. He showed up early every day. Was fast,efficient and clean. Stayed on budget which was written in a REAL contract with everything broken down and priced. This was awesome and professional. He extended our shower built , built a new shower pan with liner and waterproofed everything with red guard. I selected TilesMax Remodeling after receiving about seven quotes on a bathroom remodel in my condo. Mark's quote was very reasonable towards the middle against his competitors and I was very impressed with the five year labor warranty he offered for his projects along with the number of positive reviews I read online. Mark's crew worked diligently from Monday through Saturday on my bathroom and cleaned up their materials and tools each day they left. Of course with any project, there are always unexpected repairs and each time Mark consulted with me prior to moving forward. During the remodel my girlfriend and I changed our minds on a couple decisions we made mid-project because this was our first time renovating a bathroom and did not realize how many options you have. Mark and his team did their best to accommodate our changes and we are extremely happy with the results of our bathroom. We had Mark install contemporary glass subway and mosaic tiles in the shower, a floating vanity from Ikea, a custom quartz vanity top, and glass shower doors (they were expensive but worth it) that seem to glide on air. Throughout the project, every time I called Mark with a question or concern, he always picked up the phone and addressed all my requests. I will definitely consider Mark for future home projects.

Mark did a very small guest bathroom remodel for us a couple of weeks ago. The price quoted was considerably less than the next guy (~25%). There was a small change made which meant the shower doors I had ordered did not fit, Mark managed to order and install custom doors cheaper than I could have purchased the next size up from Home Depot. Despite the fact that this was a very small job Mark, or one of his guys, always turned up when he said he would and stayed until the day was done. Each and every one of the men who work for this company were great to interact with, they were polite and respectful. Each morning they covered furniture and carpets and at the end of every day cleaned up perfectly. TilesMax and Mark did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel project. The project included installation of a new vanity with linen cabinets, new countertop/sink, new faucets/fixtures, and tiles around the tub. Mark provided a detailed line estimate of costs for the project that was reasonable and accurate. He worked with me around my schedule to select tiles and other options (granite, cabinets, etc). The work was completed within the time frame that was pre-specified. Mark provided updates and pictures of the remodel progress. Once the project was mostly complete, we did a walk through and TilesMax promptly fixed any issues I found (i.e. stiff cabinets) and also offered to return if anything else came up later. I was satisfied with the quality of work and would hire TilesMax for other remodel projects in my home.

Sept 2018: New deck! I have used Mark for many projects around the house (3 bathrooms remodeled, new hardwood floors, marble overlay of brick fireplace, can light installation, ceilings, family room renovation), so when it came time to redo our backyard deck, I contacted him again. We wanted a deck that was open to the yard with wrap-around steps (ie, no railings). Mark and his framer patiently talked through options for achieving this in light of my backyard terrain, and they came up with a design that was executable. I'm not super at picturing things in advance, so I trusted their judgment, as I've done several times in the past on Mark's other projects. When the deck demo revealed some unexpecteds (ie, rotted wood against the house), the crew addressed each one as "no big deal." The framing of the deck and steps and the actual flooring installation went as planned. Needless to say, we are more than pleased with the finished product and the professionalism with which the job was executed. We will continue to use Mark for future projects. UPDATE #2: Since the previous update, Mark and team have remodeled bathroom #3. This bathroom was completed with gray porcelain tile and is as stunning as the previous two. Again, excellent workmanship. Highly recommend to Peachtree Corners residents. UPDATE: Mark has completed a second bathroom for me, this time with marble. Simply beautiful! Bathroom #3 awaits. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Total transformation! If ever a bathroom needed updating, it was mine. Before: Dirty carpet on bathroom floor, ceiling to floor bookcase that cut the room in half, 1980's Jacuzzi the size of a small pool that nobody used, 4x4 white ceramic tile with grout falling out .. see the first picture. I lived with it as long as I did because I was afraid of the remodeling process. Could I find a good contractor? How much would it cost? What would the final product look like? I decided to browse Houzz for pictures, and thanks to geolocation, Houzz started sending me info on contractors in my area. I liked the looks of Mark's work, so I emailed him. He stopped by the next day and from that point on, my project moved forward in his capable hands. Because Mark specializes in bathrooms and has done so many projects, he knows what looks good, is in style, and works well with the overall design of a house. He had a vision for my bathroom from the start and found just the right way to communicate it. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood and agreed with the numerous decisions that had to be made during the project. He suggested ideas I would have never thought of, even though they meant extra work for him, because he wanted me to be thrilled with the end result. Nevertheless, I provided plenty of input along the way, including the idea to forgo a shower door and leave it open as a walk-in (good decision!).
