We hired Charles and his team to remodel our bathroom. He and his team were very professional, he answered all of my hard questions and trust me there were a lot!! I would recommend him and his team and plan on hiring him for our next project.

First of all let me say that Mr. Charles made my dreams come true! I had fired a designer due to non communication and sloppy work. Mr Charles came in to survey the situation and assured me that he could complete the scope of work within the timeframe that I needed. Did I mention that my daughter’s wedding was going to be performed at my house in 2 weeks time? The team went to work and boy did they impress. They kept me informed. Updated me on challenges. I mean, they were just fantastic. The painters were top notch. Fireplace, beyond my wildest dreams. I asked him if they could do an accent wall (20 feet). Guess what? They did. Please hire this company!! You couldn’t ask for better.

One of the best ways to know if your contractor did a good job is when the buyer's inspector is highly complimentary of the work. The inspector asked when my next home reno project would be on TV! Joking, yes, but still the comment speaks to the level of care that everyone laying out their hard-earned dollars wants to achieve when entrusting their home improvement project to a contractor. Charles Home Improvement completed a very extensive project on my 64 year-old house in 2022 using quality material to produce a quality product. The house sold in four days in January 2024. Charles Wizny of Charles Home Improvement was a pleasure to work with executing my major project. I renovated my primary bathroom. He listened to my ideas and made some helpful suggestions, which I was pleased with. Charles was helpful on supplier recommendation. Coordination of tile delivery, shower glass, countertop and sink installation went smoothly. The project was complete in the timeframe he quoted. As a Realtor, I'm choosy as to who provides services to my clients and Charles and his crew did not disappoint! They drove a ridiculous distance to get our job done in the time-frame we needed and did a professional job. They removed a walk-in bath tub and replaced tiles in the shower and floor. We needed a full renovation of our bathroom to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped people. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to our home and truly listened to my complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With SIGNIFICANT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. We found Charles on Houzz, and we are so thankful that we did! Charles and his team re-did the flooring in our foyer, gutted and re-created our kitchen, and turned a sad, tired Jack and Jill bathroom into an oasis. I met Charles at the Tile store in Buford he was shopping with an assistant. I asked if he was a contractor., he said yea. This was the best experience Ive ever had with a contractor Number one his trustworthiness and he’s a man of his word. Charles and his crew came in and remodeled two bathrooms and painted my upstairs. His crews showed up daily on time and gave a full days work ,quality work. His attention to detail accompanied by his exceptional organizational skills was very pleasing. The finished product was just what we were looking for. I hired Charles through the Houzz app for a bathroom renovation project at my sister’s townhouse. We had a need for an accessible walk in shower for our 91 year old father who was scheduled to move in with my sister within a weeks’ time. There was as another contractor before Charles with whom we’d lost a lot of time and who actually caused damage to the house. From the estimate to job completion every aspect of my master bathroom remodel was performed professionally, in a timely manner, and with excellent craftsmanship. Wisny Charles is a talented young man who pays attention to detail!! Other "wow" experience of the job was his preparation and daily cleaning on the job. Very reasonably priced also, much less than "big name companies ". Give this company a chance, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!
