“I've now had Smartland handle three jobs, all big, at my home. They've previously restored my floors after a flood and rebuilt my garage after a neighbor drove into the back of it. Now they've also replaced all my siding, over the entire house. It was a tricky job, not least because, after the siding was damaged by my neighbor's accident, I had to deal with two different insurance companies over the cost and coverage issues. Smartland did more than contract for the job--they handled all the negotiations with the two companies. My house looks great!”

“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

His work was second to none, his professionalism exemplary. He and his crew were very careful of our home and contents. As a designer I work with professional contractors all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend R.B. Schwarz for any project. He and his crew followed my design almost exactly and even when I wanted difficult modifications he complied. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and plan to have him continue on other projects.”

“We had Peerless Homes do our remodel on our century home kitchen wing. Kitchen, bath, laundry and mudroom/dog porch. Denis the owner, had great ideas and was good to work with when I changed my mind or had a quirky question and or request. Very professional, the trades all come on time, everyone involved took pride and ownership in the project. Not an easy project when working with a demanding owner (me) and an old house. But in the end we have wonderful remodel that blends seamlessly with our old but now new kitchen.”
