Hello, and thanks for your interest! I have been designing, building, and remodeling homes throughout the Lake and Geauga county area since 1992. At our peak, we were building 12 to 15 homes per year, doing some minor subdivision developing, and performing room additions and remodeling projects. Nowadays I have made an effort to only take on a few projects per year and to be personally involved in each phase of each project. As a "relationship builder" I seek to establish a great rapport with each of my clients from the initial design meeting straight through to the end of the project and beyond. Over the years I have created working relationships with some of the best tradesman in the area, including many in the Amish community. I, like many of my clients, really appreciate working with the Amish due to their reliability, honesty, and dedication to quality workmanship.
