We would especially like to thank Patty and Dan for all their fine work. Patty was very patient with us and was able to transform our kitchen vision into just what we wanted. Her input and opinions were invaluable to us in the design aspect and made the whole process a pleasant endeavor. Her design skills were really put to the test with a century home, and we couldn’t be happier with her work. Dan kept us up to date on all the steps that were being taken and the schedule for each step. He was continually checking on the progress, and quality, of the work being done. He took the time to make sure we understood what would be happening and why. Their expertise and caring manner gave us great confidence in the results, and we were very grateful. The workers were all very professional and timely and the work done shows they care about their craft. They even put up with the occasional visit from our dog. We are very happy with the entire experience and all the people involved including James (Sensitive Information Hidden), President of Dover Home Remodelers, who kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy. I will highly recommend this fine company.

We hired Dover to remodel a primary and hall bath in our home built 1992. Demo was started 12/28/21 and the projects were not completed until July '22. I was told both bathrooms would be 95% done by end of March '22. Communication at beginning of project was fine. Towards middle and end of project weeks would go by and no work was being done. I had supplies (vanities, sinks, toilets, flooring) stored in our great room for months. Tile was in the garage. It was a very LONG disruptive process. I understand delays, but the lack of communication is not good customer service. Workers in our home were respectful and nice. Total cost for both baths was about $86K so not inexpensive. I did not feel valued as a customer. While the bathrooms are nice, would I do it again? Probably not....6 1/2 months to redo 2 baths is unacceptable. (We did not move fixtures and kept same layout in both bathrooms.)

We loved working with the entire Dover team! They were very patient with our very detail-oriented design process for our new kitchen, understanding of budget goals and communicated well about the process. We were able to stick very close to the original schedule and our project won a regional design award. Pictures of our "Modern Airy Kitchen" are shown in their example projects. We love it!!!

We can not say enough great things about Dover remodelers!! Their professionalism and staff is 5 Star! Our project consisted of renovating an entire 3600square foot home. We elevated ceilings, knocked down 57 year old brick walls, redesigned the entire floor plan. Redid the electrical and plumbing throughout the entire house. We worked with a gal named Patti at Dover and she was first class all the way! Our project started a month before the onset of the pandemic. Dover was very conscientious regarding the safety of their employees and trying to keep to their promised completion date. They did pretty darn good. Our project also included a garage addition and sunroom addition! Both are beautiful !Dover is a very easy group to work with and if we were to renovate again we would not hesitate to use Dover Remodelers .

Dover completely remodeled our master bathroom. New tile, fixtures, and light in shower. New custom vanity with a cabinet on the counter to hide the cords from devices like hair dryers and beard trimmers. New tile floor. Moved the existing door opening slightly and installed a barn door, New light fixture and fan. New drywall, new sub floor, and replaced some uneven framing in the ceiling. It looks great and we are very happy with the way it turned out.

We had Dover Home Remodelers design our new kitchen. We forfeited a spare bedroom to gain space for our dream kitchen. They exceeded our expectations! Dover delivered what was promised, and then some. Walked us through every step of the process - choosing finishes, timelines, reinforcing structural challenges along the way. Professional, reliable, and expert craftsmen. Could not have been happier.

Dover remodelers expanded the size of our living room and kitchen by removing a wall. The crew at Dover went above and beyond to make sure the dust and waste from this project was contained in the work area. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was top-notch. There was no guessing when the crew would arrive to do the work, they started and stayed on schedule. Completing the renovation in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

Terrific all around. Excellent design work sensitive to our taste and needs; top-notch artisans and materials; very professional process throughout (including dealing with COVID challenges). You can find less expensive builders, I’m sure — we didn't shop around — but Dover is worth every penny.

We had extensive remodeling done to our 60 yr old home....sub flooring, hardwood floors, re-plastering and new paint and some electrical work. Dover’s designer worked with us to pick out materials and colors. Skilled professionals did great work. Demo and clean up work went smoothly. The project manager kept the project on time and on budget. Communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the Dover team.

We used Dover to do a complete kitchen remodel and LOVE it! I have recommended Dover to anyone that is looking to do a remodel. Anyone that has ever done construction knows, that nothing is perfect and there are always issues that come up. This project was no different. Were there bumps in the road? Absolutely. But it is how Dover dealt with them that puts them over the top. They came out, assessed the issue and addressed the issue. Also, the attention to detail was very important. They ensured they left our house cleaned up every day, and understood it was still a house we were trying to live in. I would use Dover again in a heartbeat and we are actually using them again for a bathroom and laundry room renovation.

Great people, great job! Can't say enough about how helpful they were when it was time for me to make decisions about different options.

We have had Dover do two major remodeling projects. Their process is very professional and organized. their quality is also great.

Working with the Dover team was a very good experience. On-time, on-budget, good design and workmanship. Had complete kitchen renovation (down to the studs). Any disruption did not exceed what we anticipated. I would recommend Dover and would not hesitate to use them again

Dover remodeled our kitchen after a flood. The completed kitchen is outstanding. Throughout the process they were helpful and professional. We would hire them again.

We had Dover Remodelers redo our whole master suite, bath and sunroom and dining room . They did a wonderful job and were very neat and clean while the trades were there. They came to work at our house and were very respectful with us. Also they were all very conscious of our deadlines and even worked over time to get the job finished. Dan our foreman and Patti our co-Ordinator were the best and the whole project came out above our expectations. We are so happy with the entire outcome.

Dover completed a large remodel/addition for my husband and I in 2017. We live in a century home in Lakewood and decided to add on and make it our dream home rather than move. We ended up doing a two story addition including a full kitchen remodel, adding a half bath on the main level, laundry room, and master suite on the second floor. We couldn't imagine taking on this task without Dover. My designer, Amy Tilow, was there every step of the way. She is an incredible asset to the company. She helped my dreams come to reality. Dan the project manager is irreplaceable. If there was a problem or concern, he always solved it. Can't thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Dover home remodelers if you are contemplating a home remodel. They went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful home!

We worked with Shelly Bujdos at Dover for our kitchen remodel and our experience was amazing! She really listened to what we hated about our builder grade kitchen and turned it into our dream kitchen. Everyone involved in our project was professional and thorough. Between Shelly and Dan, the head of construction, we knew exactly what to expect and when each week. There isn’t anything I would change about the experience! On time, on budget! Loved every bit of the experience and would use them again!

We partnered with Dover because of their reputation and the rapport we quickly established with owner Jim Orr and designer/project manager, Chika Aizu. We were not disappointed. Dover Home Remodelers were intentional listeners, thorough in planning, creative in design solutions, reliable in process management and exceedingly particular in quality and craftsmanship of their work. Dover touched something in every square foot of the first floor of our (new to us) 1954 home. They understood our desire to capture its essence and create a timelessness that honored the previous owners. They are fastidious about their work and the work of their sub-contractors. They responded to every question and concern immediately. They stand behind their work with a warranty---and they should because of its quality. They employ a team of professionals who in most cases have been under the Dover umbrella for years and in many cases, decades. My husband and I gladly vouch for their integrity and commitment to quality. Beyond that....Dover and their team are delightful people. That is no small consideration when you share a home with these folks for three months! Their team members were polite, fun, understanding and so helpful. They worked on our home as if it were their own and made special accommodations to help us celebrate Christmas in the midst of a complete first floor renovation. We commend them as professionals and as good people to undertake something so significant with such a sizable investment. We are appreciative and grateful for their work. When you can say that you missed the team when the project was finished, you've hired the right company.

I worked with the team at Dover on a remodel of my kitchen. From my designer, to the tear down crew, to the suppliers and sub trades everyone was extremely knowledgeable and respectful to me. The project was well managed and completed on time save for weather issues that caused a delivery delay. I had a number of small changes that I made throughout the project and they were handled with ease. For every meeting the team was flexible enough to work with my schedule. I really appreciated the respect for my time. I have pets and they were treated as if they belonged to the whole team! Accommodations for them were made as well.

I worked with the president of the company to help navigate and plan a large project at my church. He was Very professional and thorough. I appreciated his designs and ideas too.

We had our 1950 ranch bathroom remodeled by Dover Home Remodelers and could not be happier. They went above and beyond for us. Every detail was addressed to my liking. Would hire them again and hope to soon for our half bath. Loved them!!

We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.
