Dever Design & Build was established in 1989 by owner Jack Dever. We are a dedicated team of designers and building professionals working in unison to design and build residential and commercial properties throughout northeast Ohio. Jack’s company offers architectural, interior design and construction management services. Since our inception, we have diligently worked to assemble a team of highly skilled, knowledgeable and customer service building professionals, to design and build our client’s properties. Dever Design & Build is managed by owner Jack Dever, a customer service oriented support staff and utilizes the skills of area trusted and reliable designers, tradesmen, and vendors in various capacities during the inception and completion of each project. Choosing to remain a small privately-owned company has enabled us to be detailed focused on our client’s needs and desires, while staying on time and budget. Jack Dever personally oversees every detail of every project to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Jack's company remodeled a bathroom and updated the kitchen. Work was excellent. Jack was communicative throughout process, updating us on progress of work and timeline for completion. He was truly invested in the project and our satisfaction with it.

We hired Dever Design & Build for a first floor remodel of our house. From the first consultation, Jack was professional and very involved in what we wanted to do. While work was being performed on the house, Jack ensured a clean work area both inside and outside the house. We had a pretty tight time frame to get the job done and Jack ensured it would be completed when we wanted it done and it was. Jack is very meticulous and wants what's best for the homeowner. I would highly recommend Dever Design & Build to anyone looking to have a home remodel done.

My wife and I had been planning our remodel project for 3 yrs. when we finally decided to go with it. In Oct. of 2010 I called Jack Dever and asked him to look into our renovation. Being very handy myself, I asked Jack to quote me a price for certain aspects of the project. He followed up with a visit from his designer and provided us with an estimate within a week. Being a major renovation, this was going to be a lengthy and costly project. By February of 2011, after some back and forth with the city on permits and drawings, we started our renovation. Jack and his crew were very professional, punctual, and skilled in their abilities. They performed the carpentry, electrical, windows, drywall and siding on the project.We attempted to try and live in the house during the project but after 1 month, we decided to move out until the kitchen and laundry room were usable. This sped the project up as more work was able to be completed. We moved back in by June 1st 2011 and we were so pleased with the work completed by Jack and his crew. Jack was more than helpful and professional and highly recommend his company when considering a project.
