First she clearly had an eye for design and second she really knew what she was doing. In fact throughout the entire project I was able to witness Kim's amazing ability to be able to stay true to her sense of design and what would work and wouldn't in certain places while also being able to take into consideration my particular taste as a homeowner. Not only was my garden beautiful at the time of the project completion but its beauty has become even more evident over time. For example the plantings are filling in nicely and the trees and plants that were chosen to attract birds have done just that. “We hired Exteriorscapes to turn our boring and sad backyard into a Zen meets Pacific Northwest sanctuary, having no real idea how it could be done or time to figure it out, and they made it happen! During the design phase, I felt that the team did an excellent job listening to our vague inputs and responding with suggestions that fit. We had a sloped yard with some areas that were overgrown and inaccessible. They came up with a unique design using Cor-ten steel walls to create simple terraces, which ultimately made our yard look bigger and much more usable. During the construction phase, the team excelled by being punctual, courteous, and cleaning up after themselves without fail every night. Finally, they did a fantastic job during the plant selection and installation, again having great intuition about what we were looking for and then pulling it all together. Other awesome highlights included a unique treehouse for our daughter clad in upcycled fence boards, amazing and well-established plants for the entire front and back yards, various cool walking paths throughout the property, a beautiful new fence, and custom made shoji-type screens around our patio that add a diffused glow of light to our outdoors living space. All around, we couldn't be happier with Exteriorscapes.
