We quoted the project with 3 local contractors, and although the 3 quotes were not apples-to-apples, Evergreen offered the best price and more importantly, the best options that most closely matched the size and scope of our quote request. Becca had unique ideas for our cookie-cutter space. The project started and completed on time, and despite the heavy equipment and materials used for the projected, the disruption from the actual construction was minimal. The crew was professional and courteous.”

“We had our apron to the driveway and the front sidewalk and entrance done with pavers. We were happy to hear that polymeric sand was used so that weeds would not grow between the pavers. The grading of the sidewalk was excellent and there was no need to even have a step due to this. We loved the artistic look of the sidewalk. The entrance from the driveway is wider and gives it a more elegant look. The sidewalk has the pavers turned along the two edges for the border appearance. The finished project far exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Yorkville Hill for our patio and landscaping! We loved how Kyle contacted us whenever we had changes or questions and how he supervised his crew!”

“Crimson Valley Landscaping did a extensive landscaping job on our backyard last summer. They worked on the pool entry area and the area that curves around our home. They also laid down river rocks in our planters and put down stepping stones across the yard. The entire crew was very professional, accommodating and efficient. Although, Joel and Dawn really stood out to me. Joel was able to transplant beautiful roses and added flowers to the area around our mailbox that pleasantly surprised us. Dawn worked with us on the design and functionality of our space. She was extremely accommodating and gave wonderful suggestions. In fact, there were times that I would send her pictures of designs and flowers I didn't even know the name of and she figured out how we can incorporate them into the design! She had no problem changing our orders after they had been placed and still managed to get the work done on time. I could tell she genuinely cared for us and wanted us to have the best possible experience. After the work was finished Dawn came back to check out how the space was holding up. She noticed that our roses were wilting a bit, and went out and pruned them for us! She even gave me instructions on how to maintain them over the winter! Even now, almost a year later I am still ecstatic with the results. I am always happy when I have the opportunity to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again Crimson Valley Landscaping!”

We have done a few projects over the years with Matt and his attention to detail, commitment to excellent client service and dedication to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our landscaping is unmatched! He designed our dream yard ... which we are executing in budgeted stages and each stage has been completed perfectly. He is on time, on task and very upfront and honest about pricing and scope. If we had even the slightest issue with a planting or a question about horticulture, or the design, or weeding, or saving a tree (outside the scope of his work) he has always been quick to reply and so very helpful! We will continue to use Matt / Escapes indefinitely and would recommend him to anyone! Honesty, integrity and follow-through are key to the landscaping business... you can really TRUST Escapes!”

“We just finished a massive 3500 sq ft project with Brick Logik. Our project consisted of a custom bar area, fire pit, drainage for our pool, seat walls, stairs, led lighting, day bed area, and landscaping. We met with several other companies to design this project including JR's Creative Landscape, C.B. Conlin, CMS Landscape, and O'Donovan Landscape. 3 of those companies gave us design plans prior to us finding Brick Logik. All of the plans were nice but nothing special or unique which is what we were looking for. When we first met Adolfo I had a list of things that I wanted our outdoor space to accomplish such as a bar area, walkway to our spa, covered area for BBQ etc. When Adolfo finished his first design he met with us at our home and showed us his 3D concept which completely blew us away. Everything that we had asked him to accomplish into our design was part of his rendering, but it was even more creative than we could have ever imagined. He even built in elevation changes in our relatively flat back yard. Our project design period took roughly a month but we could tell that Adolfo was going above and beyond to make us something special and unique. He also was patient with us because we kept changing and tweaking things. We probably had a total of 5 meetings before finalizing a design that fit within our budget and signing a contract. Not one time did he act like we were wasting his time or pressure us to sign a contract before he would make more revisions. After calling some of the references provided, all of which had glowing things to say, we decided to choose Brick Logik. Since our project was so large, we had some issues with getting our permitting approved but Adolfo and Alex stuck with us and did everything they could to help us move it along until it finally reached approval. Once we got the permit they set a start date and we were provided a calendar with a day by day agenda on what was to be done. My wife and I have hired lots of contractors before and were never given such a detailed timeline. We actually thought that the timeline seemed impossible to meet because they only factored in 5 weeks, but they were there 10 hours a day and if the weather would not permit working they would come on the weekend to make up the time. They finished the project in exactly 5 weeks. I can honestly say I have never seen a harder working crew of guys, or a crew that took such great pride in the quality of the work they do. They cleaned up after themselves every day and the project was completed without any major roadblocks or setbacks. That being said, we had a couple minor issues. For example, one stair was collecting some rain water because it was not pitched correctly. I told Adolfo about it and instead of dancing around the issue he said don't worry we will fix it. The next day there were 3 guys outside taking out the stair and changing the pitch. I wish more companies were like this. These guys legitimately care about you being satisfied with your experience and the finished product, not just trying to make a quick buck and move on to the next customer. Highly recommend!”
