“We began working with Cheryl on plans for our vacation home when we originally hired her as an architect. After taking the plans to several builders, her company as well, her bid was competitive and we felt she would do best at building our vision of our home. Cheryl's team worked through this horrible past winter and our house was pretty much finished on time with little issues. We enjoyed working with Cheryl and her team and are very happy with their finished product. At the end of the build we really appreciated Cheryl's willingness to respond to our schedule needs and overall understanding of how everyone was impacted by this winter. “We hired Christine to remodel our master bathroom. We were so pleased with her work that we hired her to do our kitchen. Her ideas were helpful aned creative. The workers she used were both efficient and courteous. She was there for every part of the jobs. Each project went smoothly with a minimum of disruption to our household. We have had many compliments on our bath and kitchen. I would certainly recommend her to everyone. Actually we already have!!”

“John Hall Homes is an AMAZING team of people who sincerely care about and respect your needs as well as your homebuilding visions. From the moment we started the process on our new home, my husband and I would comment often that seeing the Hall family to discuss our plans was like visiting our own family! They sincerely cared about every detail often commenting to us "We just want you to be happy" and we know now that.. they really meant it! It was impressive to us that Josh/John or Jessica Hall personally came to the house each day to monitor the building process and would call or text us with any thoughts or updates. We were impressed by various comments made from personal friends and family members during the "pre drywall phase" that that our home construction and especially the attention to details were phenomenal. It wasn't just about being beautiful- the construction under that drywall was impeccable! We were also totally impressed with the trades that were brought in to do the work. How rare that every single person we dealt with throughout our home project was personable, friendly , caring and great fun to work with! “Dennis Foote has worked on two major home remodeling projects for us. The first was for our condo in Chicago and the second was at our home in the suburbs. The results of both projects are exquisite. For the condo in the city he maximized the space by eliminating extraneous walls and completely automated the space. For our home in the suburbs, Dennis turned our basement into an English Pub. It also includes a wine cellar, 220 gallon salt water fish tank, steam shower, sauna, and theatre. Everyone who sees the space says it should be in Architectural Digest. This space is also fully automated. Aside from his creative ideas, Dennis was on site everyday making sure all the subcontractors did their jobs accurately for both of our projects. He also found ways to save us thousands of dollars. For both projects, Dennis utilized state of the art technology and products. We would not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.”
