They worked well with the contractor, helped solve issues, and generally gave good advice and guidance that served my best interest. I added 400 square feet to what is a vertical house in the middle of a city block by expanding into and eliminating my yard. The result is fabulous and I love my newly renovated house!”

Wendy Danziger is a 25-year veteran with a distinguished track record for creativity in specialized design projects, both large and small, both residential and commercial. She has vision. She's extraordinary in understanding her client's needs and preferences while bringing ideas and solutions that are within budget and efficiently implemented. She has developed kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room designs for us that brought a cohesive look to our entire home. Her use of color is exceptional and the coordination of rugs, textiles and artwork was brought together with a keen eye and understanding of our preferences. Wendy's thoughtful and cooperative relationship with builder, electrical, painting, furniture and textile specialists enables her to synchronize an interior design project efficiently to get the job done with minimal distruption to occupants. Together with the seasoning, skills and expertise noted above, Wendy is unique among design consultants in that she actively listens to the client to develop a plan/budget to suit - as opposed to many other designers who seem to want to focus on their own preferred aproach regardless of the client's needs. “Six years ago, after having lived in a new house I had bought the previous year, I needed help. I wanted to make my house into a warm, welcoming home that would reflect my personality. I chose Anna Light to be my interior designer. She was always very professional. She focused on me and my tastes, my likes and dislikes and did a wonderful job. Anna has made my house into the home I’ve always wanted. It’s so beautiful. I love coming home to it and I enjoy inviting my friends over. Anna is a truly gifted interior designer. Not only does she have an innate artistic ability, but she was able to clearly determine my tastes and design my home décor around them. I also appreciated her desire and ability to stay within my budget. I worked with her again the following year to help me decorate my home for a Christmas party. She, once again, demonstrated her “gift” by making my home elegant and inviting for my guests. In the years since, she has helped me choose additional accent pieces, and even helped me frame several oil paintings. Anna is wonderful to work with and goes “above and beyond” to make her clients very happy. She’ll be the one I call the next time I need an interior designer.”

“I hired Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors to create a new look for our den. We needed new furnishings, accessories, lighting, and a fresh coat of paint. We are a family of four and we needed a timeless space to relax after busy work and school days. To my surprise the project turned out better than expected. They provided the electrician to come and replace my old hanging chandelier. The painters were on time and clean. After proposing a sofa that I was not 100% sold on, I went against my feelings to let them piece the room together and I could not have been happier with the selections. Thanks again!”

“Haus Interior Design is amazing! Remodeling is a stressful process but Kirsten Kaplan kept us sane! Not only does she have an amazing eye for design detail, but she worked extremely well with our subcontractors making sure our remodel timeline and expectations were met. We did a full kitchen renovation and Kirsten was instrumental in helping us choose everything from the hardwood floors to the cabinet hardware. Not only was she able to find us some amazing grasscloth for a fabulous focal wall, she knew the right people to call for a flawless install. The result is one amazing kitchen!”
