Not only were they timely and professional during the estimate process, but they made me feel like I was more than just a checkbook! I love this bathroom. It is a clean and simple, modern style which is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't explain to many people. John was wonderful to work with. First he listened to us carefully, then offered his own suggestions. He made the whole process easier by guiding us and directing us on the same token. “Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

“After consulting with three separate general contractors, we chose to work with the team at Advice Homes because they were able to relate to my wife and I unlike the other two contractors. From the first meeting Chris was friendly and did not give any high pressure sales approaches that we despise. We had a pretty good idea of what our vision was for our kitchen renovation. The design team took some pictures we gave them of various projects we found online and incorporated them into our own thoughts. We could not imagine that they could fit those ideas into a real life design the way they did. The construction of a kitchen is stressful if you like to cook daily. The laborers that worked on the kitchen were very mindful and understanding of our concerns for the continued use of our kitchen. Chris outlined days that we would be without the use of our stove, sink and prep area. This made it easy for us to plan. My wife found this easy and relieved her stress. Naturally this made me happy and I was thankful for the planning and heads up. The communication throughout the project was key to the overall success we felt with choosing this company. The overall project was finished in a reasonable time. There were some delays for a few furnishings but this was foreseen by Chris and we understood given the origin of the products. The quality was checked over in detail by the foreman and finally by Chris. To say that what was shown in drawings and renderings is an understatement. Everything came together and we were elated to have the finish product exactly what we desired.”

“We were looking for a remodeling company that could remodel our 1980's kitchen. We browsed the internet for the renovating company and also took suggestions from our friends. After an extensive discussion with others and hours of searching, we finally decided to go place our bet on WellCraft Kitchens, inc. Initially, we were very nervous, wondering whether or not we made the right decision, but the designer Ali and his staff soon made all our doubts dissipate with their excellent service. They brought our dream design to life with their brilliant creativity and constant hard work. They helped us pick out the right kind of kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, backsplash, and accessories. The entire kitchen harmonized well with the interior of my house which is what we wanted the most. My family, friends and even all of my relatives have loved the final result. “I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects! I LOVE Moogie K as a consultant and as a person! Nothing like working with and knowing GOOD people and that is Moogie K of the Closet Factory!”

They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. They will do whatever necessary to make your project a reality and to meet your expectations. They handle the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for the projects. Their design gave us a great-looking kitchen, more storage, and more natural light. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as they said it would. Justin was our our project lead. He's completely reliable and a professional. Cabinets for our kitchen project were made by Schrock Cabinetry, tiles are from Best Tile.”

“I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”
