“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. Many thanks to Jerry for a fabulous job and work experience. You are my go-to guys from now on!”

“We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”

“John is a creative genius. My wife and I were very reluctant to start on remodeling our kitchen and bath as there are so many people in the home improvement business that lack professional skills we considered essential. Long story short, we found John Voigt to be highly skilled in his profession, on time and followed up on everything religiously until this massive job was complete. “I contracted Kitchen, Bath & Home ten years ago to install cabinets in my kitchen and I was so pleased, that I recently had them back to put identical cabinets over the washer and dryer in the utility room. Both experiences were superlative in the quality of the product and responsiveness of the crew. Owner Jesse Johns personally worked with me for creative storage solutions in very challenging spaces, and I couldn’t be happier. The cabinets are beautiful, functional, and after 10 years look like new. When I asked for a minor repair for a pantry pullout, Jesse offered a total redo at very reasonable cost that is much more workable and attractive. The company stands 100% behind its product, and the pride of craftsmanship shows.”

Will worked with us through change orders, including when we made errors and initiated rework due to incorrect color selections.
