He had some really good ideas so that I could better utilize my space. In addition he provided me with names of other contractors that were reliable and reasonably priced. “I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. I was told by one of the workers in my building that I had the prettiest kitchen in the building. Matthew Walker, the project manager helped me in every way possible. “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”

“I was very happy with the work Renovationyc did for me. The first project was a built in and some window shades. I was so impressed with their customer service and product that I hired them to do a gut renovation of my rental. Again they delivered on time and the apt rented in one week. They are always punctual and respectful. The neighbors at my rental tell me I have the nicest contractors. They work with you to give you what you ask for and to keep to schedule. I highly recommend them. Their custom built ins and window treatments are high end.”

“Julie Holzman is simply terrific. She has great taste and is the consummate professional. She really listens. She has terrific contacts, having been in the business for many years, great sources and gives you plenty of attention even if you have a small project. I went to her for help after the designers I hired skipped town halfway through decorating an entire house. She was the only decorator I interviewed (and I spoke with many) who understood I had no desire to start over from scratch. She looked at what had been started, remained true to the original vision, made an exact assessment of what was needed to finish the job. She didn't waste time trying to convince me to get rid of things just because I had purchased them from other decorators. In fact, she made the entire experience a pleasure and now the house looks sensational. I wish I could have hired her from the beginning. A year later, I relied on her expertise to do another project that included painting and drapery installation and ordering a few items to spruce up another residence including custom rugs. Again, fabulous results, right down to the perfect match of colors in the yarn of the rugs to match a sofa that I didn't wish to replace. If you want a beautiful home, and you want it done right the first time, I would hire Holzman Interiors without hesitation, and would recommend her with the utmost enthusiasm. ”
