“We hired Zack for our kitchen remodeling project .He was very helpful from the first step designing ,he showed us many drawings and options on what to use as materials ,too.The installers were very professional as well , they came on time and finished on the promised time frame.Overall it was a budget friendly project for us with the help of Zack.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice finish in their kitchen rather than big box name remodeling companies with hidden fees and extra expensive prices.Thanks, Ugur and Nilgun Akyildiz”

“We had our kitchen remodeled by and we couldn't be happier....Our designer, Paul who also is the owner was so helpful to us in picking out our choices of cabinets, countertops and was always available for any questions we had. Our remodelers, also did an exceptional job with the installation and made sure everything was done to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they offer not only quality materials, and workmanship, but they also have the staff to match.”

“I had Jemson do our kitchen counters. We were having a big party about 6 weeks from the time I went in to get an estimate. Their price was fair and they were very careful with explaining how the price would be affected once the work got started. We decided to go ahead and have them do the work. They were wonderful! The job was done before the party, the work is very well done. John, the installer, went he extra mile to really give us what we wanted. The price was exactly what was stated in the estimate, no extra changes as they went along. I am thrilled with the counters. I will be calling them to do a copper sink for us next.”

“R&R Morano came to the rescue when I needed to update my newly purchased fixer-upper. Robert helped me decide what needed updating for safety (wiring, plumbing, etc.) and comfort (living room, master bedroom and bath), and he and his crew were expeditious and great to work with. Robert and crew also have helped us with a great number of smaller repairs and details in our 100+ year old house, and educated us along the way about our existing architecture and renovation options.”

“We live three hours away from our old house to which we're adding a new kitchen. This distance complicates everything, but Keith and Dave made it easier, advising us as we installed our own cabinets and island in preparation for soapstone countertops. We enjoyed seeing "our" slab of stone and being able to use Dave's templates to choose which portion went on which countertop area. Dave and his crew did fast, exacting work. We know it's a small project, but Phillipsburg Marble Company gave us their best.”

“My fiancee and I went to this store with a few vague ideas of how we wanted to remodel our kitchen. The design team was wonderful and did an amazing job guiding us and helping us maximize the usage of our space WITH STYLE! They have such an amazing selection of products and we were able to pick out some really unique tile flooring that we don’t think we could have found at a Home Depot or Lowe’s. Their prices also allowed us to save and splurge on some bells and whistles we were not planning to have. The construction went as smoothly as it could. I highly recommend The Factory Outlet Remodel Store to anyone looking for a one stop shop and we will be returning soon for our bathroom next!”
