“We hired Dremodeling to renovate the kitchen and master bathroom of our home, an 88 year old center hall stone house located in Jenkintown, PA. The team displayed professional knowledge and experience throughout the entire project. The concept phase was interactive and bi-directional. It was very easy to visualize the direction and intent of the design, making it easy to be involved and ensure the final plans fit our goals. The team is structured so that each member has a specific role and responsibility with overlap only in areas where individual skills and capabilities allow for it. This manner of doing the work ensured that the results are amazing. Their ability to stay close to budget while also being flexible enough to adjust & adapt the plan is another big plus especially given the 3rd party suppliers that we relied on for kitchen countertops as well as all bathroom appliances and fixtures. These suppliers were recommended by dRemodeling at our request, and all worked out extremely well. There were two situations where factors beyond the control of either dRemodeling or ourselves caused work stoppages; a discovered roof leak and a delay in delivery of the kitchen appliance. In both cases dRemodeling showed top notch professionalism and flexibility. By redeploying the team to other job sites during the delay, we were able to avoid any additional delays once the issues were resolved. We are now two months past the completion of the project and I can still say that we are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to call dRemodeling again - either with questions about the existing work, or to hire and do business with again. We would also recommend them to friends and family.”

“We hired Blue Lotus last summer to help design our new master bathroom renovation and supply the cabinets. The bath needed to be taken down to the studs so every element had to be worked out. I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The finished bathroom is solid and beautiful and fits right in with our reproduction farmhouse.”

“Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Not only were Bob and his team extremely kind and helpful to each member of our family (including our 2-yr-old that continuously asked a zillion questions!), but they were able to design a space that incorporated everything that we wanted - even though we didn't think it was at all possible.
