I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! “I reached out to Springs Home Improvement to help with a kitchen remodeling project and it turned out absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about Amber, Chuck, and Scott! Amber was instrumental in helping us with the design process and allowing us to bounce ideas off of her. Scott was unbelievable in managing the little day to day nuances of the project, keeping us updated on what improvements we needed to have done, and just helping us try to find a good flow and efficiency to the kitchen. I couldn't say enough good things about the whole process with this company! “Professionalism, known as a good work and taking pride in what you do, seems to be a very rare commodity these days. Undoubtedly, the best quality in our opinion besides Kent’s professionalism is his ability to communicate with people that he is working for. When my wife and I were remodeling our house, we looked long and hard for such a person and fortunately we found Mr. Lodge. His creativity and ability to understand what we wanted and create something that is both unique and quite practical is amazing. He was on-time, he did what he said he was going to do and what you wanted and managed to do it while stressing quality workmanship. He is what my wife and I referred to as a finish carpenter as opposed to somebody that can hammer some nails together and throw on some paint. We are very reticent about recommending someone but I can assure you that if you decide to use Mr. Lodge you will not be sorry. Arthur and Linda”
