Cress did a beautiful job with our master bath remodel. This is the second project we have done with Cress and they were just as good the second time around. All the craftsmen were amazing to work with: Keith, Josh, Joe, Ken, Jonathan were all great to have around. They did beautiful work and were always very respectful of the homeowners. Katie’s designs were perfect as she took the time to understand what we were looking for. She was also great at communicating all the way through the project.

We used Cress to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom and it was the best decision I’ve made as a home owner. When I decided it was time for a remodel, I interviewed 12 contractors and chose Cress based on their level of service, their competitive price, their vast show room and the expertise of their staff. I worked with Katie and we were blown away every step of the way. I want to share my experience with the Denver area because I truly did not have one complaint using Cress. First off, Katie gave me the most beautiful, well thought out proposal out of any other bid I got. She truly thought of everything and put so much work into it before I even moved forward. She was so conscious of my budget, she listened to all my desires and really put together the best proposal. Selecting all my finishes and products was a piece of cake with the incredible showroom at Cress. They have a huge selection and Katie has an eye for design. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for for my bathroom tile floor and Katie actually went out and ordered more samples for me to look through to find the perfect tile. Each selection I made she helped me stay in line with my budget and explained what made sense to spend more on or be more budget friendly. I truly had a blast with Katie designing my kitchen. Now, to get started on the actual remodel. About a month before we started, Katie gave me a detailed schedule and timeline of the entire 8 week project. I knew who to expect in my home and when. I’ve heard horror stories of contractors taking forever, not showing up when they say, and with Cress this simply is not the case. Katie manages all the sub contractors, has everyone stick to a schedule and had open lines of communication the entire time. The subcontractors were all amazing and were long time partners with Cress. I felt comfortable with who was in my home and they all were incredibly respectful and nice to talk to. We ran into two problems during our remodel, both were minor. First, due to my flooring, it made it more difficult to have a diagonal tub. And second, due to my HVAC and plumbing in the kitchen, we weren’t able to completely remove the soffits like planned. With both of these minor issues, Katie came to me with solution options, how much it costs, what work it entails and what her recommendation was. I was never directly involved in any stress or issues, Katie would problem solve through them and then bring me options. This is exactly what I needed! I didn’t need to be involved in absolutely everything, as I’ve never done this before and it was exactly why we hired the pros. We ended up spending a little extra money to make the tub diagonal and we were able to make the soffits smaller. Overall, we were almost perfectly on schedule, except for the soffit issue caused us to have to order new upper cabinets (which didn’t cost us anything). The project had a 3 week pause while we waited for the upper cabinets, but my kitchen was usable through the pause. We went a tad over budget, but that was mainly due to my requests of newer features. Before we did anything that would raise the cost, Katie carefully explained to me the price increase and made sure I was okay with it. There were no surprises. Now, we truly have our dream kitchen and master bathroom!!! If you are looking for a full service designer and contractor for your house project, look no further. For a full service experience, their prices are very competitive and their work is top notch. They’ve been around forever and have the most incredible staff! We are so happy we chose Cress!

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the kitchen remodel we had done by Cress! This was our 4th remodeling project in our current home and we expected the usual - contractors not showing up, deadlines missed, mistakes, etc. Katie presented us with a schedule before it even started and I thought "no way...." They never wavered from that schedule. There was someone working in my home every single day. The workers were professional, respectful, and fun to have around. We had such a great experience working with Cress. They remodeled our kitchen. Katie is so wonderful to work with. Her designs were just what we were looking for... and more; things we had not considered that added to the functionality of our space and within our budget. The cabinets are beautiful and quality, the workmanship is precise - their team is highly detail oriented, and they were perfectly on schedule. It was so nice to have a timeline of each step in the process, by day. They kept right on track, even when unforeseen challenges arose. In 2019, Cress replaced our kitchen counters and backsplash, and also ripped out our old carpet and installed new flooring (carpet and vinyl planking) in our walk-out basement. All the work was done well, on time and as scheduled, which we greatly appreciated. Katie, our designer, is great to work with; very responsive and involved throughout the project. We’ve hired Cress to redo the master bath as well. This is scheduled to begin in Mar 2020.

From first time visit to the final payment, she made us feel the project was effortless. With her experience, patience, and professionalism, Heather helped us develop a comprehensive plan with all the details of product prices and labors, as well as the people by names who came to our house within the 5-week work schedule. Cress has access to abundant choices of products as we discovered when visiting their suppliers’ showroom. Throughout the remodeling process, Heather and Kevin on-site project manager) gave us daily updates while coordinating all the sub-contractors to make sure all work were completed with high quality and on-schedule. Marty, Joe, Jeff, Dan, and all others were courteous and professional. They even took time to explain how things well and make sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the work day. We would highly recommend any friends and family to work with Cress if they want to have a high quality and long-lasting finished project – bathroom, kitchen, or anything interior.

My second project (kitchen) was completed by Cress. From the designer who helped me select materials and oversaw each step of the project to the tile installer, plumber and the person who completed the punch list, everyone was professional and helped me to achieve the kitchen I wanted. They make it easy to have a remodel done.

I have hired contractors many times over the years, but none have delivered with as much professionalism, attention to detail and time management as Cress. Thanks to all the friendly employees of Cress for making my project and overwhelming success.
