After interviewing 5 companies to handle our kitchen and bathroom renovation projects, I was quickly impressed by Imperium PROS. My initial contact was with Yuliyanna for the budget proposal and design phases of the project, which quickly transformed into the project itself, where I worked directly with her and Carlos, the Project Manager for the remodel. Carlos and his team were excellent. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. We were in close communication throughout the project whether by phone, email or in person. I was kept in the loop during each phase of the project and was provided with updates on a consistent basis. Yuliyanna also provided quick answers whenever I requested information. Whenever we voiced a concern, Yuliyanna and Carlos were quick to address the issue. The work site was always clean and organized and the workmanship is impeccable. Carlos insured that the project was started on time as planned, stayed on budget and finished ahead of schedule. I have met Amy as well; she was very knowledgeable with regards to granite and quartz and helped us to pick out perfect stone for countertops. I will use Imperium PROS on all of my future remodeling projects and I will make a point to work with Yuliyan and request Carlos as my Project Manager. They made the renovation process a smooth and pleasant experience.

We had a great experience with Carlos, Yuliyanna and their team! Yuliyanna took her time to get to know our vision and ideas and Carlos gave expert advice about how certain aspects of our home and building codes would impact overall what we were trying to do. He raised issues I had not thought about based on his experience , and all of their recommendations were spot on. I had Imperium PROS do 2 projects over the past year - kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel. Both renovations were beautifully done, the workers were professional, courteous, and reliable, and we are very happy with the finished projects. Our initial consultations were very thorough and took about two hours. All options and choices were explained, and questions were answered completely. The work started and ended in the quoted timeframe and the owner followed up weekly and made visits to the jobsite to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We loved all of the samples that were brought to us when we couldn't make a trip to the showrooms company works with. This is truly one stop shop for all your renovation needs. I want to express my gratitude to all the professionals at Imperium PROS that worked on our kitchen remodel. We had ordered a brand-new kitchen cabinets, new counter tops/backsplash, we needed our dry wall fixed /retextured and new railing installed upstairs. They did an excellent job and followed up on every concern, questions and requests. The team consisted of several different professionals from the carpenter Victor to a plumber, to drywall professional, to texture guys and an amazing electricians and plumber. We had very few tweaks at the end of the project and Imperium PROS responded very quickly and made the necessary arrangements. The company owner is always very responsive. She was with us from start to finish. Our project was on time/on budget, also they have done an excellent job on ensuring that we were satisfied with the final product. We will be using them on future projects and would recommend them as they are a very professional company.

Excellent communication and amazing quality of work on our kitchen. Yuliyanna has over 12 contracts with different cabinetry providers. Your budget needs will be met! Guaranteed! I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb!
