Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “Melinda was invaluable as we began our kitchen remodel. Navigating the process of designing an IKEA kitchen - that doesn’t look like an IKEA kitchen - is not easy to do on your own. Melinda’s experience really came through in a thoughtful design that balances our small-ish space and need for ample storage with a custom look. She brought us numerous ideas that we never would have come up with on our own and helped us land on a final option that is both beautiful and functional. “A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

“I have had entire house renovation done by Atlas Design and Remodeling. I have had kitchen, master bathroom, first floor bathroom and kids bathroom on the 2nd floor. We did entire basement refinish with exercise room, laundry and rec room. Exactly as promised from start to finish. Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Craftsmanship outstanding. Result is beautiful! I would use Mr. Arth Monroe again because he is very responsive, his prices are honest and good, and he came with remarkably high recommendations from the architect I used. If I were going to build a house or a big addition, I would go with him.”
