“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. From A/C, Electric, plumbing, sewage, floors, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall, paint and gutters. This project was extremely complex and Norman managed it with excellent service and communication, documentation and budgetary transparency. Their business is growing quite a lot which doesn't surprise me because they are so good. I plan on putting before and after pics on Houzz when its all done.”

“Premier Kitchen & Bath did a complete master bathroom renovation for me last summer, as well as installing hardwood floors throughout the house and some other little odds and ends that I tacked on (like re-doing my fireplace surround). I worked with designer/project manager Robert Kuehl and he was awesome. I got about 5 bids and many of them were good bids from teams that impressed me. What put Robert over the top was that he really wanted to understand how I used the space and came up with solutions to fit what I needed. Another thing that impressed me is how detail-oriented Robert is. He's got a great sense of style and thinks of all these details that I never would have thought of to ensure that the style is consistent throughout the space. His team and the day-to-day project manager (also named Robert) were great. They did good quality work and didn't hesitate to fix anything I asked them to. I always knew exactly what I was spending. There were no surprises. Because I'm a single woman, I was worried about dealing with contractors, but they made it easy and even fun. I highly recommend them.”

“Kim Thamm (Principle Designer) guided me through the design for the kitchen, butlers pantry and master bath for the new home we are building Memorial. She was simultaneously practical and creative with her design recommendations. She accepted my input but was also able to guide me in a gracious manner away from making mistakes in both the functional design of the cabinetry as well as the selection of exterior finishes. She was never willing to accept a good solution and always persevered to make sure the end product would exceed both our needs and expectations. ”
