I regret to say that my experience with Hestia was devastating. The project began with promise, as detailed remodeling plans were provided. Hestia's representatives seemed knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring a successful outcome. However, as time went on, it became clear that the promises made were not going to be fulfilled. Issues arose during the construction phase, with delays becoming a recurring theme. What was supposed to be a well-organized and timely remodeling process turned into weeks of waiting for progress that never materialized. Communication from the company also became inconsistent, leaving us in the dark about the status of the project and the reasons behind the delays. While I understand that unexpected challenges can arise in any construction project, the lack of transparency and accountability from Hestia's owners, Hannah Valentine and Jesse Coody, was truly disappointing. There were instances where promises of completion dates were made, only to be pushed back repeatedly without any valid explanations provided. Ultimately, I was left with an incomplete project, the lack of completion left my home in a state of complete disarray. I had hoped for a transformed kitchen, living, entry and master bathroom but instead, my home renovation was not completed, and we were forced to find another contractor to finish the project. We were devastated, our dream home became a nightmare! Ultimately, we were forced to sue Hannah Valentine and Hestia Construction. We WON our case and were awarded a large sum judgement against Hestia, which we are yet to collect! I believe it's important for companies to stand by their commitments and deliver on their promises. Hestia has failed to do this in every regard! I would advise potential clients to exercise caution before considering Hestia for their remodeling needs. It is my sincere hope that they will take this feedback to heart and work towards improving their practices and customer service in the future.

Hestia is a great company. They have wonderful people and delivered top quality results on my master bathroom and kitchen. I will definitely be connecting with them in the future to update my secondary bathroom.

Hestia helped me remodel the kitchen in my older home in Austin. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rep that came to my house was professional and the quote was, for the most part, accurate (I fell in love with a very expensive kitchen countertop that I just couldn't resist!). The onboarding coordinator was super helpful with getting me all the information I needed to select my materials. My project manager was great and always kept me informed. I am hoping to work with them again very soon so I can remodel my outdoor patio and backyard!

Hestia did a bathroom remodel for me. They were quick, responsive, trustworthy and very professional. I have recommended them to friends and family and want to do the same here. I was especially fond of Melissa in the office. She is the epitome of professionalism.

Poor customer service. What should have been a two week job extended out to nearly 7 months. Quality is about a 7 out of 10. We finally got a competent project manager for the final weeks who did what she could but by then I just wanted my house back.

I hired Hestia for a design / build of an attic remodel in January 2021. We are approved on permits but are delayed due to material delivery. Hopefully starting in November 2021. Design process has been great.

Design and architecture phase has been smooth. Still awaiting construction to start despite some delays so cannot comment on construction quality yet. Will follow up at later date.

Hestia did a kitchen repair after a burst pipe caused damage to our kitchen. Despite delays due to Covid-19, Hestia still managed to complete all work. It looks great and we like it

Lonnie Nehls was very professional. He listened to what my client wanted to do and provided several options within her budget and even gave her options for financing including 0% interest for 18 months.

Professional, efficient, knowledgable, and has awesome ideas to help with our remodel. Lonnie is very friendly and a crucial reason why any remodel my properties have will be done with Hestia. He is a class act.
