Renata had great, creative ideas and was able to totally change the look of the room within our budget. She was extremely easy to work with, providing professional guidance toward our goal, being very accessible, generous with her time and she made the process fun. “Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists. Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“From the estimate to job completion every aspect of my master bathroom remodel was performed professionally, in a timely manner, and with excellent craftsmanship. Wisny Charles is a talented young man who pays attention to detail!! Other "wow" experience of the job was his preparation and daily cleaning on the job. Very reasonably priced also, much less than "big name companies ". Give this company a chance, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!”
