When I changed my mind about lighting, they reworked the sconces so that they looked better and functioned beautifully. Highly recommend this team!”

“Excellent communication and amazing quality of work on our kitchen. Yuliyanna has over 12 contracts with different cabinetry providers. Your budget needs will be met! Guaranteed! I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. But in terms of how quickly they got back to me, the thoroughness in their communication, and the confidence that they gave me that they would cover every detail...they were superb! Every homeowner needs Carlos and Yuliyanna!! Other reviewers can attest to the beautiful work that they do. I am very much appreciated how they handled initial contacts and follow-up. Thank you for your hard work we love our kitchen!”

“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. I get so many compliments on every part of my house, even the smallest details that Jay worked tirelessly to deliver. “Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.”

“I have hired Wilco Bos for major projects, but recently I put Wilco and team to work for a project that I consider to me more on the minor end. I wanted a simple, cost-effecting solution for adding under-cabinet lighting to my kitchen. Wilco recommended a wonderful solution that met both my aesthetic and economic desires. He recommended that we put the lights on a dimmer so that my wife and I could control the ambiance. The ability to see beyond what I have asked for is one of the reasons I love working with Wilco. And as always, they completed the task quickly and with impeccable attention to detail and excellence. Whether the project is huge or small, before starting the project, you should call Wilco Bos!”

We didn't have firm plans when we started the project, and Steve was very patient and helpful throughout the design process. He offered a lot of professional advise, which was always welcome, and recognized our budget constraints. We absolutely love our bathroom, and would not hesitate to contract with Legendary again in the future.”
