“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! We got updates on every step of the process and they always made sure we know what’s being done and confirmed with us multiple times before proceeding to the next step. We love our new kitchen and will definitely recommend their services!”

“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “RK Remodeling was an excellent experience for us. Rick was very prompt with his bid and scheduling and held to his schedule and did not surprise us with any hidden costs. The crew that came to our house was always on time and courteous. They were careful to not mess up anything else in our house while working and always cleaned up everything at the end of the day. We had our master bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. The detail in the work all the way down to the finishing work was very well done. I would highly recommend this company!”

Starting from quoting to appointment to finishing, it was well coordinated effort. They explained everything and made sure all my concerns were addressed. “I’ve worked with Wil Reed on several complex renovations to my home to include master bathroom, kitchen and utility room. In every project Wil was professional, focusing on detail, quality and customer satisfaction. His price points were reasonable, based on other competitive bids I obtained during my personal research. We made several modifications while renovations were underway and Wil embraced the changes, implemented to not only our request, but made suggestions for a better change at a less aggressive cost. I will use Mr. Reed for all my future modifications, and will always provide a reference for him.”

“John is a creative genius. My wife and I were very reluctant to start on remodeling our kitchen and bath as there are so many people in the home improvement business that lack professional skills we considered essential. Long story short, we found John Voigt to be highly skilled in his profession, on time and followed up on everything religiously until this massive job was complete. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Voigt. I highly recommend him.”

“We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”
