KNM has worked on several projects for me. Complete kitchen and two bathrooms gutted and living space refresh. Mark also helps with design, color and lighting. He helped me navigate and work with HOA contractors. His workers are courteous and accommodating.

Mark and crew were fantastic! I'm selling my house and needed work done before listing. There was a big hole where we had to rip out kitchen drawers. He matched the existing cabinets to put in doors and even added hardware that complimented the existing hardware on the other drawers and doors. It looks seamless. A bathtub was also no longer connected to the plumbing and there was missing tile all around it. He got it hooked up, caulked, and tiled. It looks beautiful! They did all these things in one day, in time for a scheduled maid appointment the next day! I'm very happy and ready for listing next week!

Knm properties remodeled two of my bathrooms and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Mark is easy to work with, always listened to my needs, gave great direction and made my vision come to life. Both bathrooms gutted: Master bath: opened up shower inclosure, replace bathtub with custom built ins and installed floating custom vanity. Guest bath: replaced folding door with pocket door, new bathtub/tile, and floating vanity.

This work was for my personal rental property. I am a property manager and he does a lot of repairs for the 150 properties that I manage. I've been working with Mark for about 8 years now.

We had great experience with Mark with KNM on a project at my in-laws. The reno included fireplace removal with roof patching, kitchen remodel (cabinet painting, new counter tops, new sink and faucet install, new gas line for stove, electrical work, and new hardware), new floors, custom breakfast bar/peninsula creation, full interior paint job, and new fixtures. Project took almost 3-4 weeks to complete. His team was prompt, trustable, nice, and got the job done quickly. Mark is easy to communicate with and takes time to explain things before and during the reno. We were very satisfied with the finished product. He does custom quality work and affordable price. This was the second time we have done a remodel with Mark, and are planning to do my bathrooms in the near future with him.

We have used KNM Properties for several renovation projects and have always been thrilled with the results. Most recently, we had the entire interior of a condo we purchased redone. It is spectacular. The owner, Mark Mack, is very fair and honest and stands by his work, often giving thoughtful feedback and advise on design.

All new flooring , painted complete interior, new bath faucets, new kitchen backsplash and all windows washed in less than 10 days & under budget! Very hard working, polite & kept working until we were completely satisfied! Results better than we envisioned.

I decided to remover a wall connecting 2 bedrooms to make for a larger room. I hired a horrible contractor that had no idea what he was doing. And of course, I paid them upfront. Lesson learned. I contacted Mark to see if he could help fix my disaster. He was so helpful and understanding that I hired him right away. He was a lifesaver !! The attention to detail goes beyond any other contractor i have worked with. He is a perfectionist and expects his crew to have the same work ethic. A few months later, i hired him again to redo my kitchen., Which also led to both bathrooms being being redone and new light fixtures in all the rooms. The caulk on my black splash in the kitchen dried lighter in some spots and darker in others. He personally took out all of the grout and fixed it. He has never upped my price on things that weren't 100% that had to be fixed. My kitchen and bathrooms look awesome ! He comes up with great ideas too. Most recently he repainted all the trim, garage doors and fixed my chimney. And of course, it looks awesome ! His pricing is great and I highly recommend KNM. I'm sure i'll come up with another project and i will definitely use them again. Thank you KNM !!!

KNM Properties remodeled my master bath. The job included replacing the ceramic tile with marble, reconfiguring the shower and installing new fixtures. Mark has an excellent sense of style and was a great resource for ideas and recommendations once he understood my vision. I am very pleased with the results and have received many compliments. The only down side of using KNM Properties was the job took longer than what was estimated.

Mark completed 2 projects for us. One was a fence in our backyard and the other was a remodel of our master bath. We are very happy with both projects. Mark listened to our requirements and then added some ideas of his own. His ideas for the master bath greatly enhanced the final project. Mark uses sub contractors to do the tile, stone, trim and paint. He does the electrical and rough carpentry work. We found Mark to be honest and reliable.

Mark and his guys arrived on time. They came in with smiles and got the job done in 1 day. Very clean, very organized, and a pleasure to have in our home. Would have them come to do work again if needed.

I've enjoyed working with Mark on several house projects throughout the years. He's done work on my rental property, as well as the house we live in. He's always gone above and beyond to do what it takes to make the project look aesthetically pleasing, as well as pleasing us with timelines and cost, all while constructing everything using the latest and local codes. I would highly recommend him, and will be using him again in the future.

We had our master bathroom remodeled in late spring. They removed the old shower stall (and there was mold behind it), took out a huge garden tub, and installed a large shower with glass doors (no metal framing) with great tile work. They replaced the window in that bathroom. Where the old shower was, they built a large linen closet. We also had new sinks installed with a granite counter top, and changed the toilet to one with lower water usage and a more "older" people height. In our second bathroom, we also changed out the toilet, put in a new counter top and sink, and had the shower head, etc., replaced. The workmen were all very polite, cleaned up well after themselves, etc. We liked using the company well enough that we are having them come to update our kitchen with new sinks, counter tops, and a rebuilt pantry. They will also remove a rotting storage shed from our yard and add drip hoses. I felt listened to, and we discussed everything before anything was done. The estimate he gave us was not the lowest we received, but we felt that we could work with Mark and the company the best.

KNM Properties tends to small (painting, move out repairs, housing standards etc) to large (tile, main sewer lines, retaining walls etc) projects for all of my rental properties. Their prices are fair and they are easy to reach.
