“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.”

“We have hired Matt and Tonya for both home renovation and interior design projects. Tonya designed and made a headboard and provided interior design consultation for our home. Matt's skilled craftsmanship assisted us greatly when we renovated a 1920's bungalow. They are very creative, easy to work with, manage the project within your budget and can be counted on to do what they say they will do and get the job done on time. “I could not have asked for a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I have updated other areas of our home, but sought out a professional team for this large scale total remodel. The project included knocking down walls, painting, adding a new pantry, and adding new flooring/appliances/countertops/cabinets. Georgia Custom Construction was reliable and on time every day. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up every day before heading home (sometimes working overtime to get the job done for the day)! They communicated regularly on progress, answered all our questions with expert knowledge, and paid attention to every detail. They even made accommodations with my children and a dog running around while they completed the tasks. The huge job was successfully completed on time with no surprise fees or invoices when finished. I would use Georgia Custom Construction again and again for all my home projects - large and small!”

“We recently purchased a 1960's ranch in Atlanta, with the intention of renovating the kitchen and finishing the basement. We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. They finished our basement adding a guest bedroom, bath, storage, and a play area for the kids. They worked closely with us on all design decisions and didn't complete the job until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm already planning my master bedroom renovation and I plan on using Renewal again down the road!”

“Install of a new kitchen, job not finished but so far so good! He has been professional and organized and answered all of my questions. He gave me several samples to chose from for cabinets and we have had many conversations about countertops, backsplash and other options. He has been complete one stop shopping and would recommend.”
