He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“The Kitchen Barn staff was awesome to work with on my kitchen remodel done in April of 2015! From Design to Installation, I found them to be very professional. Their designer Mark works with you to find out your needs and tailors it to what you want, while Matt and his crew get the job done. They were great in calling with scheduling and showing up promptly when they said they would. If there were any delays, I was contacted immediately and given what new time they could be there. Dave worked on site and made sure the job site was cleaned up daily. The staff was friendly and fun to work with. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality of the workmanship was great! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any kitchen or bathroom job you need.Candy Mittag”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “I hired Alan to remove carpet, and to install Terrazzo flooring in two large rooms. Alan was attentive, and he always accepted my calls. His price was very reasonable; he kept to the project schedule; and his workers were very friendly. The floors came out level and perfect -- and at this time, I've had no reason to call him back for any workmanship issues.”

“The best contractor I ever worked with. He remodeled my entire condo, both bathrooms, all floor, entire kitchen, all walls, removed pop corn ceiling , literally everything is brand new. It was a huge project and we were both nervous. But the owner (Saif) went above and beyond. He was always available, always responsive , professional , and most importantly, extemely honest. He goes above and beyond. He even went out with us to help buy materials we needed which made everything fit perfectly at the end. His crew is also so friendly. The whole process was a pleasure. We had extensive remodeling work done in the past with a different company and that experience left us so bitter and jaded, ao we went into this one with lower expectations but I was amazed at the difference with Antoon. Cant recommend them enough”

“Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”
