“Millpond Kitchens came recommended to us from friends who used them for a remodel. MPK helped design, build and install our kitchen remodel. We live in a round house and the layout was more complicated than I assume a typical kitchen is normally. We were able to get everything we asked for! With help from Don we designed sleek modern cabinetry with no hardware using an MPK recommended push pull interlocking system that leaves the cabinets totally without hardware and very minimalist looking. I feel that Don held our hand every step of the way as we made decisions. We are extremely happy in our upgraded modern kitchen, would work with them again, and for sure give Don and Millpond Kitchens a 5-star review.”

Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). “I hired Leo and company a few years back to help me with a project that consisted on adding a new room to my apartment. He helped me with some ideas that i really liked. Price was very reasonable, he is very professional, competent and the job was done very quickly. Leo is very thororough and something that I really liked is that he pays attention to every detail. I had a pleasant experience. I would not only recommend his services but would hire him again for a future project.”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. “Julie Holzman is simply terrific. She has great taste and is the consummate professional. She really listens. She has terrific contacts, having been in the business for many years, great sources and gives you plenty of attention even if you have a small project. I went to her for help after the designers I hired skipped town halfway through decorating an entire house. She was the only decorator I interviewed (and I spoke with many) who understood I had no desire to start over from scratch. She looked at what had been started, remained true to the original vision, made an exact assessment of what was needed to finish the job. She didn't waste time trying to convince me to get rid of things just because I had purchased them from other decorators. In fact, she made the entire experience a pleasure and now the house looks sensational. I wish I could have hired her from the beginning. A year later, I relied on her expertise to do another project that included painting and drapery installation and ordering a few items to spruce up another residence including custom rugs. Again, fabulous results, right down to the perfect match of colors in the yarn of the rugs to match a sofa that I didn't wish to replace. If you want a beautiful home, and you want it done right the first time, I would hire Holzman Interiors without hesitation, and would recommend her with the utmost enthusiasm. ”

“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

“I used Modern Tradition Kitchen & Bath and could not have been more pleased with the results. I moved into an apartment that was a complete gut job both kitchen and bath. Felipe and his expertise turned both rooms into what I had envisioned. From cabinets, to flooring and countertops everything was truly amazing. Felipe not only got me both kitchen and bathroom I asked for but was also on budget. I would highly recommend his first class service.”
