Over an intense two-month period, Deivid and his team worked tirelessly to meet very tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. He was incredibly accommodating, helping out with other minor fixes around the house, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. Throughout the entire process, Deivid made us feel comfortable and supported - it was like working with a friend who genuinely cares about your home and satisfaction. The final result? The bathrooms were transformed beautifully, each detail meticulously taken care of from tiling to ventilation to plumbing. It's evident that 89 Home Service takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the finish. “Justin restored an old staircase that had been destroyed by a previous owner when the house was subdivided into multiple units. We were restoring the house back to its original form. The required steel reinforcement of the staircase, a carver recreating the destroyed curved railing, and workworkers turning new balusters. It all went well and the staircase came out great!”

“I’ve had the chance to work with Oak Grove Builders on a project where I needed to renovate a kitchen and bathrooms. I hired Oak Grove Builders to do the work. From the start , they walked me through all the details before hand. From choosing the materials for both the kitchen and bathrooms, then the cost of it all. They also did a 3D drawing for me to envision. the process was smooth and transparent. Nick and his team were excellent to work with and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I was given a quote/timeline and explanation of all the work plus I got frequent updates on progress, issues/recommendations -- so there were never any surprises. The guys did an amazing job on my floors, crown molding and worked with me to design the built-ins for my living room. I will definitely work with them again when I start phase 2 of renovations!”

“We had seen a kitchen and bath project done by Cambridge Home Renovations(CHR) so when the GC we hired for our home renovation disappeared from our project , we sought out Rod to estimate finishing the job. We hired CHR. We are so pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, good communication and the job getting done right. Our front porch, side entrance and rear porch look fabulous (minus the columns and railings for the front we Finally can order!) - not only does the finish work look great but mistakes made by the first GC were corrected!”

“After interviewing several contractors, we are so glad we hired Steve and his crew to completely rebuild and expand our 1950s kitchen in our 1920s fixer-upper. Steve was incredibly detail oriented, yet flexible and patient in working with and advising us as we designed most of the kitchen and small addition project ourselves. He did everything possible to be respectful of our budget, even as we ran into a few (to be expected in an older home) small surprises. His advice was invaluable, and responsiveness immediate. Moreover, he agreed to work with our plumber with whom we are friends and already felt very comfortable with working on our home. His other subcontractors, including work on tile, plastering, and electrical, were all as pleasant and reliable as Steve himself. Steve was omnipresent; always making sure the job got done right no matter what stage it was in. Steve always made sure to make any touch ups needed after the subcontractors finished their work. Steve and his crew were not only nice to have around, but created a safe and even fun atmosphere while we lived through this major renovation and necessary disruption in our home. With their diligent work, we went from a cramped, awkward, and outdated kitchen, to one we love and doubles as both functional and sorely needed social space that our modest home previously lacked. Steveworks turned our ideas into such a great kitchen that we promptly hired them to completely renovate our dated bathroom. Steve worked with us, our sometimes quirky house, and a very tight budget to give us a dramatically improved space. We highly recommend Steveworks to anyone who is considering hiring a contractor.
