We had a great experience with RR Home Improvement for our recent basement finishing project. Roberto was always very helpful and responsive from planning all the way to the final touches. My basement presented a number of challenges but Roberto always came with solutions and suggestions for how to make the space work for our needs. The project moved along quickly and we were very happy to have it all wrapped up before the holidays. I definitely would work with RR Home Improvement again in the future.

My home came with a 4x4 front step/porch area that needed to be replaced. I always thought it would be better to have a roof since it is a very exposed area. I am so pleased with the final outcome. The curb appeal of the house is so much better now & people/packages will be covered. I am very impressed with Roberto and his team. This was my first ever construction project & I found RR Home Improvements here on Houzz. Roberto followed up, kept me updated on the permit status and timeline. He answered any questions I had without making me feel silly or getting defensive. I found his explanations and descriptions understandable. Mostly I never felt I was being treated in a condescending manner or being taken advantage of by being a female. I would definitely use RR again & highly recommend them.

Roberto and Rodrigo are fantastic to work with. I had a second floor laundry leak that destroyed half my condo. I needed everything redone, literally, from floor to ceiling. Their team does excellent work in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated the time they took answering all my questions and coming on site to assess the work being done before moving to the next phase. This put my mind at ease. Now my place looks better than when I moved in. Overall, I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

Roberto and Team did a great job renovating a small bathroom. For this bathroom and another Reno, we had gone through two others that did not have either the ability or professionalism we expect but luckily that brought us to R&R. Key things we found best about the team we're their 1) communication, 2) high quality work, & 3) flexibility. Highly recommend this team for any Reno needs.

Roberto was very accommodating and understanding. They re-cladded three dormers with cedar clapboard and trim. Also did other trim and clapboard replacement around the house. Cleaned up every day and even brought their own port-a-john. Great job

They provided the entire crew who were cheerful, hard working, accomandating and NICE! 2 bathrooms - new vanity, new tile floor, new toliet, paint -- after destruction of bathroom -- 1 at a time! 4 Ceiling fan installations 1 electrical installation They have Roberto the Owner -- super man Dan the Plumber 3 Electricians at least Painter Destroyer Tilers All are THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD and PROS AT THEIR WORK!!!

Roberto helped renovate our bathroom, install a shower door, new tile on the walls and floors, along with a new vanity. He worked with us to ensure everything was within our specifications and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him and will likely contact him again for future renovations.

What a nice change of pace to work with a contractor who is kind, responsive, competent, and trustworthy. We had a significant amount of wood rot on the exterior of our house and we hired RR Improvement to remove all of the trim on the entire house, and to replace it with PVC. When I contacted Roberto he responded quickly, and when he showed up to give me a quote it was immediately clear that he was an expert and that he cared about the work being done correctly. His crew were professional, kind, and most importantly, they did an impeccable job just as I was promised. Roberto kept in touch with me throughout the project and answered all of my questions thoroughly and kindly. He also went above and beyond to ensure that the end product was exactly as I wanted it. We are thrilled with how the work turned out and are already planning to use RR Improvement again for a bathroom renovation.

Roberto, Rodrigo and Team are absolutely amazing. My husband and I found them via Houzzz after purchasing a home in need of some significant upgrades. The entire team is respectful, clean and works incredibly fast! They met and exceeded all of our project/move-in timelines making the transition into our new house very easy. Not only did they take our kitchen to another level, but they also helped with some custom molding throughout our main hallway. Roberto and Rodrigo take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and truly help come up with a solution that works with your budget to get the best outcome. Roberto is always available to answer questions and bring in other professionals (i.e. electrician, plumber) to complete the full project. We have found our go to contractor and plan on using RR Improvement for many projects to come. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work!

Our condominium complex needed to replace some rotted thresholds but got no response from the carpenters that we had contacted. When we called RR Improvement, they came right away and did a great job. We have been using them now for several years to do a range of interior and exterior repairs. They are very professional, hardworking, and are easy to work with.

I never do reviews- seriously. However, these guys are great. They are profession, extremely hard working, clean, fair.. and of course they do a great job !! I don't know what else to say except for they are so good they have me doing more projects than I expected to..... So happy with them and would definately recommend.
