Boston Premier Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have no reservation whatsoever in recommending them. We had to demolish and rebuild a kitchen, bathroom and dining room when a pipe burst and flooded that area. Nick’s business model is fair. His crew worked on a flat daily rate. He charged us his cost for all materials and took a reasonable GC fee on the subs. In addition, he kept everyone on schedule, including at the end, when he coordinated his painters and hardwood sub with our movers, so we did not pay for even one extra day’s lodging when we had to move out. His crew was wonderful with framing, carpentry, drywall, laying tiles and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. One small example of the care they took: When they laid a tile floor in a room at the bottom of a flight of stairs, they did not just lay the first row along the wall but instead cut the tile such that the grout line was perfectly centered on the stairs. The grout line lines up perfectly with the patterned carpet stair runner. The crew and all the subs (plumbing, electrical, painting and hardwood floors) cared deeply about doing quality work. When faced with a choice, they always asked us for our preference, to make sure we were happy. We would hire Boston Premier Remodeling again in a heartbeat. Nick and his Boston Premier Remodeling team exceeded my expectations in every way. Nick is very knowledgeable, experienced, and transparent. He explained everything clearly in advance and all his predictions came true. His budget estimates were spot on and his pricing was very fair. But the best part was that the quality of the workmanship blew me away. The workers treated my home like it was their own and left me with gorgeous results that I will savor for many years to come. I am so deeply grateful.

I am incredibly happy with the work Nick and his team at Boston Premier Remodeling did for my kitchen remodel. Nick is, without a doubt, the most organized, professional, and communicative contractor I've worked with. When I first contacted him, he walked me through their process, simple pricing structure, and what to expect/caveats we might see along the way. He prepped us on how to time demolition, electrical and plumbing work, and carpentry around our constraints (cabinet and appliance delivery, etc.) and seemed to nail the timing down to the day. He set a schedule, but was flexible along the way to help avoid delays due to waiting on a delivery, a different trade, or city inspection. His carpenters were skillful and did high quality finish work. The electrical and plumbing subs he brought in were excellent and all seemed to work together well. Everyone was respectful about our space and did their best to help make our house livable during the construction. I feel like after finishing this project I have my team for anything I might need in the future. I've already recommended Nick to several friends in the area and expect I'll be hiring them again soon for whatever comes up next.

Nick and his team helped us remodel a kitchen and bathroom in our rental unit. It was very important to us that the work be completed before the September 1st move-in date in Boston and he delivered it to us early. Nick is very easy to work with, his carpenters are very skilled and exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with all of the subcontractors he recommended and he was also flexible in letting us source our own if we wanted. The work came out really well and we received lots of compliments on it. Nick came recommended from a colleague and I would not hesitate to recommend him also.

The highlight of moving into my new house was putting my own touches on it. I really wanted my living room to be a place that invites people to sit, talk, and connect the way that I saw growing up. Nick and his team at BPR made that happen. To start with the most foundational, they were punctual, communicative, receptive to new ideas, and flexible to meet my changing schedule. But to be honest, that was just the tip of the iceberg. The team of Christian and Levi put me at ease. They answered my questions about the project and then we were able to connect about shared taste, in everything from music to travel to living in Boston. They explained what they were doing and when we hit a snag because of what we found after opening the walls, they were reassuring that it was something they could handle. And handle it they did! What's more, when they left, not only was the work EXACTLY what i envisioned it would be, they left the house in near pristine condition. I walked in and was amazed that after all the sawing, scratching, and drilling, the place could look so nice. I am indebted to BPR, and especially Christian and Levi.

Nick and his team have done fantastic work on our condo in Boston on a few occasions. His versatile team can accomplish any home remodel or renovation needed. He was able to completely close off an exposed loft bedroom, repaint, refinish floors, and perform several remodels in bathrooms and kitchen. I could not recommend Boston Premier Remodeling more! I recently hired them to do some ceiling and wall repairs. Nick was super responsive, friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I am extremely happy with the work that they did, and I also really appreciate that they left my place immaculate. You wouldn’t have even known they were there! They also did an excellent job constructing the built in shelves in my living room and installing crown molding throughout. They do excellent work and are a pleasure to interact with.

Very reasonably priced - very competent and professional workers showed up exactly as scheduled. Quality of workmawas perfect. Protected rugs and furnishings during the job and left area cleaner than it started! Nick was available for any questions and to be sure work proceeded as expected. Coordinated work with plumber seamlessly. No negatves at all - I will continue to turn to Nick for similar work in the future.

We hired Boston Premier Remodeling for our master bathroom renovation. Professional, transparent process you know exactly what you're getting. The end result was great.
