Communication, timeliness and skill set are important when choosing a contractor. The Fin Home team meets all these needs. Erik is current on latest trends and helped fulfill my vision. His team has always been prompt, respectful and courteous. Each day, the crew arrived on time, cleaned up daily and communicated accomplishments as well as pending tasks. I am pleased with all three bathrooms. Plus, when asked about small household chores these were met without hesitation. Erik even helped with my aging dog. “The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. “Will and his team did a complete remodel of our 4000+ SF home. The work was on schedule, under budget and exceptional quality. Will’s crews spoke English, were polite, respectful, honest, and cleaned up after their work. Will worked with us through change orders, including when we made errors and initiated rework due to incorrect color selections. These are typically difficult and stressful projects, especially when you’re living in the home during the remodel. Will made it seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”
