“David Biek from Arcadea has worked on two projects for us. The first project was restoring a beautiful multi million dollar 4 story grey stone in Chicago. The building was a classic old building in disrepair. David's design work brought the building infastructure into the 21st. century yet he maintained the old world charm. Thanks to the remodel, the building is renting for top dollar. The second project David did for us was some remodleing at our home in Boulder. After the 2013 floods, we had some serious repairs to make on our bottom floor. David redesigned the worst, ugliest bathroom in our home and made it wonderful.The bottom floor has never looked better. You can trust David. He's careful, fair priced, thoughtful, imaginative, and always has good follow through.”

“I live in a small studio space with my dog, I wanted to decorate but felt I couldn't because the space was so small. I came across Flemming Interiors and decided to see if there was something I could do. Stephanie was great! I told what I wish I could have, my dream home, and she said that it was totally do-able in the small space I have. I had such an amazing time working with Stephanie and transforming my dull studio into this gorgeous place that I actually like coming home to! The best part is, Im not ashamed to have people over anymore! When I move, I'm definitely bring Flemming Interiors with me! Thank you Stephanie for being so talented and friendly! “We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. We gained some very valuable space without changing our small one-story ranch one bit!”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! Jen and Motif Design has made this an exciting, affordable and creative experience. Photos coming soon!”

“I had numerous items that I needed completed. Jim completed everything on time, within the estimate he had provided and did an excellent job. If I noticed anything that I had a question about or wanted adjusted he did it without any issue or complaint and if it impacted my budget or timeline he let me know. He was also very helpful in coming up with suggestions and alternatives on how things could be done. I had him work on my barn doors - 2 doors that were on the same track. The barn doors had been installed by someone else and when the doors were together they didn’t hang straight and were only wide enough to just cover the opening, the doors were missing a door stop in the middle, so unless you stopped the doors exactly in the middle there would be a gap on one side or the other. They had also installed guides on the bottom that I did not like as they stuck out into the opening and were screwed to the hardwood floor. Jim added sections to both sides of both doors, so that it looked like it was part of the pattern of the door and was meant to be there. The addition of the sections provided the coverage for the opening that I wanted. He put in stops for both the middle and the end so that the doors would properly stop. He took off the old guides on the bottom and installed guides that were attached to the wall and didn't stick out into the opening. He also filled in the holes in the hardwood floor so that I can't tell where they had been and leveled the doors so that they hung straight. I am now very happy with my barn doors! He also installed knobs and handles on all my cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. He listened to what I was looking for, offered me a couple of suggestions on the style and then installed them and they are great. He moved some towel racks and he did a great job. I can't tell on the wall where the towel rack used to be. I was very impressed with how well everything was done and would definitely use him again.”
