“We hired Phase One Landscape last year for an outdoor project that included a new patio, firepit and landscaping. We are thrilled with the results! Over the years we have done extensive remodel projects indoors and out, and Phase One has proven to be among the best we have ever used. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism during design and construction that we elected to change maintenance companies and hired Phase One to do our landscape maintenance this year. Once again, they have not disappointed, our yard has never looked better. It is so nice to have a company that is proactive when it comes to maintenance. They don't just show up mow, trim and blow and leave 20 minutes later like our other comapanies. They idenitfy problem areas and take action without me having to point it out! We are very pleased with all aspects of this company especially all of the employees!!”

“We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. We gained some very valuable space without changing our small one-story ranch one bit!”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. “I hired Justin with Defined By Design to remodel our downstairs bathroom. In our initial meeting he convinced me that he was an honest contractor and I put my trust in him. While his initial estimate for completion of the job was 3 to 4 weeks, it did end up being closer to 5 weeks which was still a lot faster than any of the other contractors I spoke with had promised. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and his sub contractors were punctual, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone who came into our house treated us with respect and that's not always a given. Throughout the construction Justin and I conferred regularly and discussed any and all changes that came up due to unforeseen construction challenges. The result is that we got a beautiful remodeled bathroom with custom touches and personalized style. We could have spent less and we could have spent more but for us, choosing Justin and his team was absolutely the right decision.”

“I live in a small studio space with my dog, I wanted to decorate but felt I couldn't because the space was so small. I came across Flemming Interiors and decided to see if there was something I could do. Stephanie was great! I told what I wish I could have, my dream home, and she said that it was totally do-able in the small space I have. I had such an amazing time working with Stephanie and transforming my dull studio into this gorgeous place that I actually like coming home to! The best part is, Im not ashamed to have people over anymore! When I move, I'm definitely bring Flemming Interiors with me! Thank you Stephanie for being so talented and friendly!
