“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

“We have used Craftsmanship by John for numerous remodels over the past 15 years. Some were small jobs but several were major remodels. In our most recent remodel, we took almost every wall back to the studs, moved the location of the kitchen, added a garage with space above, raised all the ceilings on the second floor and remodeled all the bathrooms. We also removed the old pool and replaced it with a new one and added a grill area. Every time our experience was great and we were so pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Craftsmanship by John for any remodeling needs, both big and small.”

“I needed work done on my fence to be sure my dogs would stay safe in the yard. The crew came on time, removed the old, rotten boards and reinforced the fence so it looks great and is safe for my pups to play outside now. They cleaned up completely. No debris or nails left behind...unlike other crews who have been here.”
