“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

“I was able to assist Caroline @ Designer Details LLC in various of her projects and had the opportunity to visit her project sites while the work was going on. She let me be a part of the project and took advantage of my expertise in benefiting her clients. I love the way she made me feel how professional and responsible she is when it comes to her clients requirements and how assertive and persistent she is to get the targets completed within the guidelines she has set up. Not only she got those projects completed but also every project became unique in its own design sense. I work with so many designers and help them and their clients with their Natural store and Porcelain tile needs but its always just an amazing experience working with Caroline and every time she involves me with her projects, I learn so much from her. He is inclusive of other talents and easy to collaborate with. Yigal has an eye for quality and holds his contractors to the highest standards. His appreciation of architectural style is incredibly useful in a builder and evident in the quality of his projects. Yigal has worked with numerous talented architects in the Houston region. He is well organized, not only keeping track of his various contractors, but also keeping track of change orders and keeping the clients apprised of any cost increases so there are no unpleasant surprises. His projects come in on schedule and on or under budget. I can attest to how well his clients enjoy working with him even through the difficult situations that arise in any custom build. “We wanted to make our house a home and Melanie and her team did just that for us. She is so spot on with her design, all while blending it with what we love. We have an open floor plan home that was dark and uninviting. She came in and modified the color scheme from the walls, to the kitchen back splash, to the decor. Our home is so much brighter now and truly feels like our home. We absolutely love the finishing touches she included in our living room. I never would've been able to pair the items that she picked out for our mantle. She is amazingly talented and everyone looking for an interior designer should call Melanie with Henry Kate Design. You will not be disappointed.”

“I hired Southern Green to perform a remodel on a Bungalow style home. They were very professional and walked my wife and I through every step of the process. I would consider myself pretty demanding and like to see all options before me when making a decision and Southern Green accommodated my requests happily! They provided me different options based on my budget and allowed me to make decisions accordingly. I have recently met with Southern Green again for a new build project I am working on and it appears they have come even further. Their collaboration tools look great and will make the build experience even more seamless. Highly recommend Southern Green!”
