YZM Construction provides design, remodeling and home building expertise to residential clients throughout the greater Houston area. Today, we offer full-scale renovations, kitchen and bath remodeling, and new custom construction. We have longstanding relationships across the industry with architects, subcontractors, and tradesmen of every skillset that allows us to serve our clients in meeting any construction challenge. YZM Construction delivers complex construction projects throughout Texas, we have accumulated extensive expertise in structural alterations, full internal and external refurbishments and new build projects to both the public and private sectors. Our ability to solve challenging construction issues, together with a collaborative approach and effective communication with multiple stakeholders has allowed us to deliver a greater number of larger scale projects and set us on a course of sustainable growth. YZM handled our extensive remodel and construction rebuild of our 7,000 sq ft home. They were easy to work with and ran the jobs with a good control and work flow. Andre took the time to value engineer the plans upfront and saved us a good bit of money which we used on our very beautiful, high-end interior finishes. The end result is stunning, with the highlight being my kitchen! Would highly recommend YZM for any new home builds or renovations.

When we finally decided to build a second story room addition we spoke with too many architects and contractors. Once we met with Andre, we didn't need to meet anyone else. He is so thorough, honest, and easy to work with. I've never met anyone who takes so much time to really get things right, maximize our space and budget, and translate the stipulations imposed by the City that would be otherwise huge barrier to our project. We are so grateful not only that we found YZM Construction, but also that they have the availability for our project at the right time. We are so excited to continue to work with them, and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone considering a room addition, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, or a full custom home remodel. We hired YZM CONSTRUCTION for a Master Bathroom/closet remodeling of our Estate that we’re selling. From start to finish both Jeff and Andre were always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. But what did stand out the most is the 3D model they’ve provided of the project finish-line before it even started. They are the real deal, prompt, professional and honest. I would highly recommend YZM Construction for any remodeling/renovations needed in your home

I had the most fantastic experience doing a major renovation of my newly purchased home. Each person involved with the project ( Andre, Genesis, Chris..) were all professional, always helpful, always on time and each one really knew their area of expertise. I am now currently in my newly renovated home and walk around in utter amazement as to what was done. There are no mistakes. Everything went according to plan and even their pricing was on target. I had no idea that remodeling a home could be such a wonderful experience. I miss these guys already ! Truly !

I can not say enough about the Quality of YZM Construction’sWork. They were quick to respond to messages and were able to fit my job into their busy schedule sooner than I imagined. They showed up on time and did the work above and beyond what I expected. They quoted me a price and were true to that price. They were extremely respectful of my space, taking care to not damage anything and they also left it cleaner than it was. Simply efficient You guys are absolutely a blessing !

Typically don’t write reviews but want to go out of my way to thank the crew at YZM for my gorgeous house. They just finished a complete remodel of my house and they were by far the easiest of the larger construction companies I have worked with in the past. Finished product was flawless and they provided input but listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I want it without the headaches I have dealt with in the past with other companies. Recommend them to anyone in Houston looking for a contractor and will use them in the future since dependable contractors are hard to come by these days. Thanks!!

Andre at YZM CONSTRUCTION recently completed our kitchen and bath remodel, the work and schedule were commendable. We sought out YZM Construction through extensive research and recommendation from a recent remodel in our neighborhood. Andre came to our initial consult, worked with us on our kitchen and bath conceptual design and remained flexible throughout the project cycle. He made himself available, directed his staff well, and quickly responded to our requests and inquiries (a truly valuable quality in any contracting services) along the way. We were provided with a designer to aide us with our material purchase. We had a couple of add on tweaks we had missed during contract signing for bathroom lighting and Andre honored the work without the need to "nickel and dime" us. This is our first remodel and YZM Construction addressed our questions and concerns with ease, including following up post completion. In short, we would recommend the work with YZM Construction and make sure you seek out Andre for your project needs. Thank you, Andre, for your dedication, as it is truly represented. The photos speak for themselves, and within the scheduled 5 weeks timeframe to the combined areas.

These guys always do a great job and always finish on time. Been using them a few years now and never disappointed. From plumbing, Sheetrock, tile, siding work, roofing, to electrical work I’ve used them at my home and neighbors as well.

Could not have had a better experience with Andre and his team. The first day of the job he said they'd be here at 8am, and sure enough they were in my driveway at 7:55. The bathroom look amazing, my wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They made the effort to check with us after the jobs were done to make sure everything was up to our standards and even caught a mistake that we wouldn't have noticed and fixed it. Everything was done in a timely manner and the entire crew was professional. Couldn't recommend YZM LLC enough. Thanks Dre.
