After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Rhi McG from conception to completion. I joke with Rhiannon that she helped me totally Rhi-Imagine my kitchen, but it is true. Mine was a total renovation and I had ideas of how I wanted my kitchen to look, but did not see a clear path for getting there. I thought we would be stuck with replacing cabinets and appliances in the existing foot print, but she was able to offer different design scenarios that looked great, functioned well and made economic sense. “Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”

“We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. “Craig is a custom builder with a creative, problem solving mindset. I met Craig after I had purchased one of his homes in Castle Pines Village from its original owner. There were many homes available to choose from at the time, but this home stood out clearly above the rest because of it’s quality and craftsmanship throughout the unique custom design. Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. He was highly recommended to me from one of my fellow executives with Harley who also bought one of Craig’s custom homes in the Village. Craig embodies honesty, quality, creativity and value engineering in a personal builder-client relationship that makes building your custom home an enjoyable journey.”
