“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. Our confidence and commitment to Western was reinforced when our son was searching for a company to build a new structure on an existing residential foundation. Here again Western delivered on time, on budget. Our daughter bought home in Parker, CO and needed the basement to be built out and have several rooms added. once again, on time, on budget.
In 2014 we sold our big house and downsized to a small 80 year old bungalow that needed extensive expansion, and upgrading. We contracted with Western to do all the work and we have comfortably lived in our new/old house since that time. We have called Western whenever a problem arose and they have either promptly solved our issue, or recommended others to do specific work.
We are totally pleased with the Western, and more so with the talented people who have worked on our projects. We have gotten to know many of their staff and would strongly endorse the company and the people. We have recommended Western to friends who have contracted with them on a variety of projects.”

“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work.

“I hired Justin with Defined By Design to remodel our downstairs bathroom. In our initial meeting he convinced me that he was an honest contractor and I put my trust in him. While his initial estimate for completion of the job was 3 to 4 weeks, it did end up being closer to 5 weeks which was still a lot faster than any of the other contractors I spoke with had promised. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and his sub contractors were punctual, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone who came into our house treated us with respect and that's not always a given. Throughout the construction Justin and I conferred regularly and discussed any and all changes that came up due to unforeseen construction challenges. The result is that we got a beautiful remodeled bathroom with custom touches and personalized style. We could have spent less and we could have spent more but for us, choosing Justin and his team was absolutely the right decision.”
