“The showroom is set up to show you what can go wrong with certain types of fireplace design. Very educational. We ordered our fireplace around the holidays so there was a delay, but the company was clear and honest about what to expect. (Tip: don't wait until November!) Overall I think prices were good compared to other places that we went to. Our unit was pretty basic, but these guys do a lot of high end projects too. The installation went well and was professional. My only concern which could make this a 4.5 star is that there was a gap on the right side of the unit where the unit met the floor (which is normal with the way houses settle), but they told us that we could fix that by adding caulking, and I felt that that should have been part of the installation process for a "completed" look. Perhaps they did not offer because the unit is unfinished oak, and we planned on staining the wood? Either way, very happy with overall purchase. The fireplace is the my favorite purchase of 2016.”

“I ordered replacement zero clearance doors for my prefab condo fireplace since I was also redoing the fireplace surround. Service was excellent--the associate helped me in taking the measurements over the phone. I can't comment on the install because a worker did that for me. The doors look and function so much better than my old brass ones!”

“Gas Works has installed a corner unit gas fireplace in our finished basement which worked perfectly for our room. Some specific considerations had to be made during the installation and they were able to perform the needed task. The unit is great and performs perfectly for our room. We also used them for our yearly safety checks on this unit as well as one in our living room. Great piece of mind to know that the unit works efficiently and safely. We also purchased a gas grill which was installed with a direct gas line. Perfect compliment for all our grilling needs!”

“I purchased a gas fireplace unit that was installed by my general contractor. I had several issues with the unit that were covered under the warranty. The service staff has been great in resolving those issues, educated me on how to best use the unit, were always on time and very pleasant to deal with. The service person was very skilled at solving all of the problems.”
