“Shawn and the rest of the Dakan team earned a solid 5 stars from us. My wife and I contracted them to build our first home. They were always available to us since Day 1. They have a great pool of sub contractors and the whole project worked in harmony. We needed a contractor who could hold our hand through the whole process and Shawn was the guy. He was very good at explaining our choices and he easily caught on to our "vision" of the home. “Gutted the kitchen and did a complete remodel. Original kitchen was u-shape with an island squaring it off. Issues: The oven was next to refrigerator; pipes of the sink located on outside wall kept freezing in extreme weather; cooktop on island made cooking difficult, could barely boil water; limited counter space; dated white cabinets; and built in desk that was no longer useful. The design called for moving double oven to opposite wall of kitchen, relocated pipes from outside wall by bringing them up from floor, moved cooktop off island to against side wall, pushed island back to create more floor space, custom cabinets with granite countertops, and a beverage bar with sink. The existing ceramic tile is in good shape and we wanted to keep it. It turns out that keeping the flooring was almost a deal breaker. We began making selections... custom design natural stained maple cabinets in transitional style; stainless steel appliances, granite. When we went for flooring, we were told that the existing tile was too old to withstand the cuts necessary to add decorative touches which would cover holes/ broken tiles when building the new island. Between Jeff & sub contractor, a compatible tile was used to look like a rug and the island was placed on it. It turned out to be one of my favorite things. Jeff Musser, owner, provided a great design that satisfied work flow and efficiency/space issues. He surrounds his business with quality sub contractors. He works within budget and time restraints. And, finally, he makes customers aware of the process and sets a schedule so expectations are realistic. No disappointments here. Musser Builders are the best!”

“We had a full kitchen remodel including removing a supporting wall in an old 1932 home. The work was beyond what we had expected in quality. The preparation by Earl Weaver with the removal of lath and plaster, doors, moldings, wood floors, was done with care. Every day the house was left clean, and all debris removed. Upon the installation of the kitchen each step was done with the highest quality, in the workmanship, and materials. Each Earl Weaver employee was a master craftsman, and the prep work, and the final result showed the quality of each employee at Earl Weaver. The new kitchen was beyond beautiful, and functional. I would only use Earl Weaver Contractors LLC for all my home needs.”
